My initial reaction was that's a penalty. Marcos Alonso got the wrong side of the Barcelona defenders and I think he's been robbed there.
Alonso would've finished from that range. He was 10-yards out - Chelsea are hard done by.

They would never have taken a 0-0 when somebody is on their patch they want to go and win the game.

If they get one the mighty Barcelona might start to doubt themselves. Antonio Conte has to go for it and Chelsea have to be brave if they are going to get back into it.
