It's hard to see Eddie Howe anywhere other than Bournemouth. The two go hand in hand. However, with the progress he's made, the consistency his side has shown in the Premier League and the way he's developed his players, it's remarkable. A lot have come up from the Championship. Can he go elsewhere? He's good enough too. As for becoming England manager? I know Steve McClaren was an assistant to Eriksson but he went from Middlesbrough to England, so why not?

On stopping Harry Kane: "As I always say when dealing with individuals it's about the team performing well to limit their chances.

"I'm backing my team to deliver but we have to give them problems as well.

"We have beaten Arsenal here this season and from a mental perspective results like that give us confidence and belief."

"Bournemouth are doing very well this season; great coaches and very good players. They are physical and they run a lot but also try to play football.

"First of all we need to be ready to fight."

On the changes, with Danny Rose returning at left-back among three changes: "Ben (Davies) suffered fatigue and wasn't OK to play.

"Like always for me the important thing is the squad. We have got good players ready to compete. Danny is ready. It's similar to Ben Davies.

"The most important is to try to take the best decision on a payer being fresh. I have 24 players who have the capacity to be involved."

Steady drizzle here as both teams warm up. It would only need to get a degree or two colder for it to be classed as sleet.

Woolly hats, tracksuit bottoms and even the occasional snood are the order of the day for those warming up - one of the Spurs coaching staff ticks all of those three boxes.

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech, speaking to Sky Sports: "We knew were on a difficult run at the moment, we had to look at ourselves and we had a big result in midweek in Milan and I felt we carried the determination into today."

On first penalty save for Arsenal: “He scored the penalty when we played in the first game over there. Sometimes you just go with the feeling and today I felt it was going to be the right moment. My timing was quite good to put him off probably. It all clicked this time."

On 200th Premier League clean sheet: "It is an unbelievable personal milestone. The first 18 games with nine clean sheets got me to 199 but then the last 11 games was sometimes frustrating but the most important thing is to win and so it was defeats that was more frustrating."

Bournemouth's first league meeting with Tottenham in 2015 brought a goal within the first minute for Matt RItchie, before Harry Kane's hat-trick ensured a 5-1 away win. But the Cherries have drawn a blank against Spurs in all four meetings since then.

The nearest they've come was in this season's reverse fixture at Wembley in October, when a Jermain Defoe effort beaten away by Hugo Lloris was - thanks to a wrong button being pressed - erroneously credited as a Defoe goal on the statistics feeds used by many media organisations (including the BBC), before a correction was issued a few minutes later.

To mark this week's International Women's Day, Bournemouth have done something a little different with today's match programme. The traditional team line-ups are relegated to an inside page to allow defender Aimee Burridge to become the first player from the Cherries ladies' team ever to adorn the cover of the programme - with ex-Spurs hero Jermain Defoe on the other side of the "double cover".

Burridge and her team-mates play in the Southern Region Women's Football League Division One South, in the sixth level of women's football in England, after two back-to-back promotions. It's still a far cry from the professional and semi-professional sides in the FA Women's Super League. But until a few years ago, no-one ever expected the Bournemouth men's side to reach the top flight either...

    Arsenal

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech, speaking to BBC Sport: "You cannot say that because we won two games in a week we are out of it but it is a big step forward to try and finish the season on a high and see what we can get.

"Watford were quite dangerous in the first half and had a few chances and then in the second half they had a penalty. We know what can happen when you are 2-0 down. There were a few comments after the last game but we are professional and take it on board. It was more important what we do than what Watford did."

On first Arsenal penalty save: "It has been while. Sometimes you do the right thing and the outcome is wrong. It had been a frustrating but you have to carry on your work, I believe I got this far through my work ethic."

On keeping 200th Premier League clean sheet: "We took 18 games to get to nine clean sheets, I got to 199 and then had to wait 11 games to get another clean sheet. It was a bit frustrating but we have eight games and we have to make sure we win most of them."

It's a mammoth occasion for Petr and I've got to congratulate him. Most of those clean cheets were at Chelsea but he's still going strong. It's fitting that he saved a penalty to get that 200th clean sheet too. Well done to Petr, he's a top guy and a top pro.

It's about coming out of Thursday's win and not going back to the scenes we saw before that. Arsenal did enough to warrant going into the second leg against AC Milan in good fettle. We've seen the type of games where Arsenal have struggled in this season and lost. But the result the other day meant there was somewhat of a feel-good factor today and it took some pressure off. The fans that did come today didn't come here to give the manager some stick and enjoyed a comfortable game.
