So, if West Brom cause the shock of the season today and win at Old Trafford, Manchester City will be champions.

If, on the other hand, Manchester United justify overwhelming favouritism and get the victory to delay their neighbours' title celebrations, it will put West Brom in a tricky situation.

They would need to win all their last four games - and Swansea would have to lose theirs - to stand any chance of staying in the Premier League.

It really has been a tortuous season at the Hawthorns, with the Baggies winning once since August.

No rest for the wicked!

We're going straight into the build-up to Manchester United v West Brom, which kicks-off at 16:00 BST.

Remember - if United lose, the title goes to their friends across the city.

They've earned this. You can't begrudge Newcastle their win.

They fought their way back and scored very good goal through Perez.

Newcastle did well and created chances.

This result means Newcastle are 10th and 13 points clear of the drop with five games left to play.

Arsenal are five points off Chelsea in sixth and have seventh-placed Burnley snapping at their heels.

Arsenal remain pointless away from home this year.

Ouch.

A big, big reception for the Newcastle players as the whistle blows and they come away with their fourth consecutive league win.

They've hit 41 points and they've all-but ensured their Premier League survival.

It's very difficult to get points away from home if you give goals away like they have.
