Everton's home form good under Sam, but their away for which was bad before he came has continued to be terrible. When you see things at Burnley and Swansea when away support is spewing vitriol at the manager. It is difficult, a tense, toxic atmosphere, and it is not healthy. The manager has called for clarity on his position and that is what is required.

Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez on Sky Sports: "We are safe - I can say that now. We can see players for the last games and think about the futures of everyone. It's tough on Dwight Gayle to miss out, he was working really hard.
"We want to finish as high as possible - if we win we will be in a higher position."

Bradley Bicknell: Should be a good game this. Newcastle have four wins on the bounce. Could be a difficult task for Everton if there not at it today (Liverpool fan.)
Everton v Newcastle (20:00 BST)
Everton boss Sam Allardyce on Sky Sports: "The continuation of the really good home record is a motivation for the players. To improve by one place is a big motivation.
"We try to get an intensity here in every match. You do that by getting in the final third and delivering quality that excites everybody."
Everton v Newcastle (20:00 BST)
Wayne Rooney has scored 15 Premier League goals against Newcastle, more than he has against any other opponent.
He starts for Everton this evening but will he add to his tally?

Andrew: Everton have lots of money but need a famous manager to attract the top players they want. There's not a lot of options for Everton, but Rafa would fit the bill.
Johnny: Dyche, Rafa, Howe are probably the best 3 in the Prem at the moment outside of the top 6 clubs.
Everton v Newcastle (20:00 BST)
Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez: "When you are organised, some people think you are defensive.
"If you see Huddersfield, if you see Brighton and ourselves, we are organised, so we have better balance between attack and defence and that is the reason why maybe the three of us can stay in the Premier League.
"I still have one year left of my contract and I will try to do my best until the last day."

Both managers are desperate for a victory to please their fans. There is not a lot to play for, both teams are safe, they are not going to trouble the European places so they can relax, and occasionally we see some fantastic games because of that.

Bradley: I'd pick Sean Dyche. He's a quality manager should take Burnley into European football. He'd probably even do well with the England job. Loads and loads of Potential.
Matthew: If anybody chooses Sam give ye head a wobble, don’t know a single Evertonian who’s happy with him!

BBC football expert on Football Focus
It is obvious that a lot of Everton fans are not fans of Allardyce, which is fine - that is their opinion. He's not done a bad job and he's done the job he was brought in to do.
If we are talking about managers who have done a good job, then Rafael Benitez is definitely one of them. Newcastle's run of four straight wins has taken them to safety.
Prediction: 2-1

Cameron: Probably Eddie Howe, he has the youth to know the modern game and the wisdom to guide a relatively average Bournemouth side to mid-table.
JW: Whilst I appreciate the amazing work Sean Dyche has done at Burnley, other clubs wouldn't give him the same total level of control over club affairs and I fear he'd fail. Magic in a bottle, but only when that bottle is Burnley.
Don't forget to let us know who you support but keep the suggestions coming in.

Newcastle fans love Rafa Benitez in the Northeast, couldn’t speak of him higher, to get them to safety with games to spare, might even finish in the top half when 17th would have done.
I am sure they will want to make things happen off the pitch and give him what he wants to keep him at the helm.

Allardyce's position as Everton manager is under pressure now after the club sent out a survey to a group of supporters asking them to rate his performance on a scale of zero to 10.
There has been growing discontent among some supporters over what they perceive as a negative playing style.
And that was very much the case during his time at Newcastle.

Tomorrow it will be a year to the day that Newcastle gained promotion to the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over Preston.
They now sit in 10th position and are one point away from mathematically securing their safety.

Danny: The fella who's won the Champions League.
Bradley: I'd pick Sean Dyche. He's a quality manager probably could take Burnley into European football. He'd probably even do well with the England job. Loads and loads of Potential.

Everton manager Sam Allardyce: "While I always considered it was unjust I lost my job [at Newcastle], it happened and I moved on.
"They've put together a run of games by how they've organised the team and what they've delivered. We'll see a different Newcastle team to when we beat them up there.
"What he [Benitez] has managed with the funds he has, particularly in the January months, has been excellent."
Sam Allardyce has lost only two of his 11 Premier League fixtures against Newcastle since leaving the club in January 2008.
Newcastle ended Allardyce's managerial reign after just eight months with the club sat in 11th place in the Premier League table.
Allardyce said at the time: "I'm disappointed but I wish them all the best for the future. It was a shock, I didn't expect it."

Andy: Would be delighted if we could get Benitez to Goodison. Don't care about his past on the 'dark side'.
Alpesh: The job Roy Hodgson has done at Palace is nothing short of miraculous. No goals or points from first 7 games and now is close to getting them to safely. As context, if they only got 7 points from those 7 games, they'd currently be above Everton!
