Just been told that David Brooks had no idea he'd be making his Premier League debut when he turned up at the Vitality Stadium at lunchtime today.

Apparently he walked into the Bournemouth dressing room and said 'Why is my shirt hanging up?'

Took a while to get going but Ryan Fraser has given the home side a lead that would have been doubled but for Neil Etheridge's penalty save. Cardiff second best but still in it.

Loud boos ring out from the home supporters at the interval, aimed in the direction of referee Chris Kavanagh.

Chelsea two up and Maurizio Sarri will be very happy with that first half showing.

Fulham have been brilliant and created some good stuff, but when you have that much ball you have got to use it. Palace are just starting to come into the game and you can never underestimate them because they have got a lot of quality. Good goal.
