Molineux is putting on some sort of music festival it appears. There's a lights show, dance music and flames jumping out from all parts of the stadium.

Odd. But looks fun!

It's chucking it down in Wolverhampton. The fans are going to need a few goals to keep them warm!

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is watching the game with them in the stands tonight as he's currently out through injury.

Raul Jimenez is a man in form.

He has scored in three of his last four matches at Molineux and all five of Jimenez’s Premier League goals, as well as two of his five assists, have come at home.

These two teams will face each other again in two weeks' time when Liverpool travel to Molineux for the third round of the FA Cup.

Wolves were knocked out in the third round last year when they were defeated 1-0 by West Ham. West Brom then took on Liverpool in the fourth round and knocked them out.

Will they have better luck this year?

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on Wolves: "What they did last year in the Championship, I am not sure that happened too often.

"Very often you go up with this kind of old-school British football - it's a tough league and it makes sense to do it - [but] the only two teams [in] the last few years that did it differently were Huddersfield and now Wolves, so that's unbelievable.

"Then they brought in players again and needed a bit of time so that everything fits. Now they are really strong again, they won the last three; we have to go there and be at our best again."

Earlier this week, former Wolves captain Bill Slater died at the age of 91, after suffering with Alzheimer's disease and illness.

Slater won three league titles in the 1950s, the club's most successful period, and also lifted the FA Cup after leading the side to a 3-0 win over Blackburn at Wembley in 1960.

Slater earned 12 England caps and remains the last amateur to play in an FA Cup final - for Blackpool in 1951.

He was also the only part-time player to be named Footballer of the Year.

Diogo Jota misses out for Wolves after injuring his hamstring in the 2-0 win over Bournemouth, while 18-year-old midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White drops to the bench. In come Romain Saiss and Adama Traore.

Deiniol Williams: Looking forward to seeing Wolves tonight, haven’t watched them live all season. Can’t help but feel Liverpool have been fortunate with opposition injuries lately - Wilson missing for Bournemouth and Jota missing tonight.

Liverpool may be flying at the peak but Wolves know how to burst the bubble of the top six.

Their form against the big guns has been very impressive so far this season and their comeback win over Chelsea at Molineux earlier this month was the best of the lot.

But they have also picked up draws with champions Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United.
