Harry Winks slips it through to Harry Kane on the left. The striker tries to win a corner off Callum Paterson but it deflects back off Kane and it's a goalkick to Cardiff.

Tottenham try to break through Harry Kane but Cardiff's defence are on him like a bad rash. The crowd are roused and 'come on Cardiff' rings out around the stadium.

Junior Hoilett teases Kieran Trippier and Moussa Sissoko on the left wing and manages to win a throw-in, near the corner. Decent work by the Cardiff sub.

It's thrown short back to Hoilett but his cross falls into Hugo Lloris' hands.

I always thought with Sissoko is to play him in his right position and give him a run of games. On the right side of midfield he was so limited. Now you see him in the centre - he's box to box. It's not rocket science.

Sol Bamba takes a chunk out of Son Heung-min and goes into the book. He apologises straight away and the two shake hands. Son gets some treatment and is back on his feet.

Callum Paterson hooks a deep cross in from the right and it can't be taken down by Davinson Sanchez. It comes all the way through to Junior Hoilett at the back post and he climbed higher than Moussa Sissoko to win the header. He is stretching and can't get enough power so Hugo Lloris can gather it in low to his right.

Danny Rose clips Bruno Manga as the two challenge for the ball in the Cardiff half. Neil Etheridge orders his teammates to push up and will use this as an opportunity to hoist the ball up-field.

Danny Rose chases down Neil Etheridge's clearance and manages to get something on it. Spurs retain possession with a throw-in on the left wing and Cardiff have some early defending to do.

Davinson Sanchez is unhappy because he beats Bobby Reid to the ball and feels he has been kicked at by the Cardiff player.

He wasn't. He just slipped. But it all looked very dramatic. Cardiff fans are unhappy with the way he went down and appealed.

Cardiff boss Neil Warnock has mentioned goal difference - the players want to play with some pride and try to keep the score to nil in the second half.

Junior Hoilett does come on for Cardiff. He replaces Josh Murphy which seems a strange move. Murphy was Cardiff's biggest threat in the first half. Maybe he's picked up a knock? Who knows.

Fulham

Fulham boss Claudio Ranieri speaking to BBC's Match of the Day:

"If I analyse the whole match, we played against big teams with skilful players we managed very well. This match said, 'you played well but made mistakes'.

On his striker Aboubakar Kamara, who he was critical of over the issue of the missed penalty against Huddersfield: "Abou is a good boy. I said the matter was finished - he apologised to everybody."

Arsenal

Arsenal manager Unai Emery: We wanted to win and this result will give confidence. We continued to push and create chances and we can be happy. It is normal for the fans to have some doubt at 2-1, but the team continued to do their work and played our planned game.

"I thought we deserved the scoreline. We scored with different players and we can continue to build our identity with the players.

On whether the club will be active in the transfer market: It depends if the transfer market can help u - only if there are players who can help us in different positions. The club is looking to see.

On whether Mesut Ozil is close to a return from his latest injury: I don't know.

You have to feel that this game is done and dusted. Cardiff's man-to-man marking has made it so easy for Tottenham to fire in those ball behind the defence for their willing runners.

Goal of the half? Christian Eriksen's well-placed strike into the bottom left corner. Wonderful counter-attack and terrific finish.
