The appetite for the cup in south London is a bit lacking at the moment.

Bill Henderson: "Millwall are unbeaten in their last 16 home matches against Plymouth, since a 2-1 loss back in 1967. I don't remember that one." Millwall fans remember it as it was the game which ended our 59 game unbeaten home record (a league record at the time).
That's a serious stat, Bill.
Millwall 0-0 Plymouth
Both sides sizing each other up in the opening exchanges at The Den.
Nottingham Forest 1-0 Newcastle
Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live
Newcastle have been poor so far. Forest have looked like the Premier League team. The right hand side of Forest looks strong with Kenedy the only person helping out Ciaran Clark.
And he's got a few questions to answer about whether he is able to turn it on away from St James' Park.
He has completed a pass though already...
Nottingham Forest 1-0 Newcastle
Newcastle have not got started yet but do force a chance when young James Sterry puts a pin-point cross onto the head of Joselu, who heads wide from 12 yards out.
It was a free header, he should have hit the target.

Matt Price: Last 4 Watford managers to lose their last 4 League Cup games? Beppe Sannino, Quique Sanchez Flores, Walter Mazzarri and Marco Silva.
Correct.
Everton 0-0 Rotherham
No chances to speak of at Goodison Park just yet.
Will Everton miss the influence of Richarlison tonight?

Ameen Nassir: The League Cup is a fantastic competition to win. Each and every team should be taking it seriously as it's one of a limited number of silverware on offer. Fans are craving finals and trophies and I hope Silva and Everton have a real go this year. COYB!

Sam Byram gets away down the right from a weak Newcastle challenge and he sticks a cross over. A fantastic header from Daryl Murphy and what a start for Nottingham Forest.
Daryl Murphy (2 mins)
What a start for Nottingham Forest.
They threatened in the first minute and break the deadlock in the next.
On-loan full-back Sam Byram, who has had a difficult time at West Ham, whips in an inviting cross into the six yard box for Daryl Murphy to head in.
Murphy does not celebrate the goal against his old club, but the home fans go wild.
Nottingham Forest 0-0 Newcastle

Ex-Nottingham Forest and Tottenham midfielder on 5 live
Joao Carvalho is pleasing on the eye but he's lacked a killer touch and edge in the final third. Forest will be hoping that as he gets used to the Championship he can find his feet.
It's tricky to gel lots of new players but Aitor Karanka has been brought in as a top class manager. I think Forest will be there or thereabouts in the summer - they've got a great squad and will keep getting better.
Nottingham Forest 0-0 Newcastle
A quick start made by hosts Nottingham Forest.
Portuguese forward Joao Carvalho combines with fellow countryman Gil Dias, who draws a save from Karl Darlow.
Under way in our three 19:45 BST games.

Nottingham Forest v Newcastle (19:45 BST)
BBC Newcastle's Matthew Raisbeck: "There were some arguments in training last week and things spilled over between Matt Ritchie and Jamaal Lascelles. The skipper is opinionated and determined while Ritchie does not stop talking. It's probably no surprise it was these two.
"They were preparing for a new system and some of the players were unhappy and struggling to get used to it. Everything is OK now.
"Neither player is involved as both are injured and Benitez is using his squad tonight."
Reading v Watford (20:00 BST)
Watford
Nathaniel Chalobah makes his first start for Watford in almost a year after fracturing his kneecap last September.
The former Chelsea man was on the fringes of the England squad before his injury and will hope tonight is a first step towards playing his way back into Gareth Southgate's thinking.
Reading v Watford (20:00 BST)
Watford have had more managers than most of us have had hot baths.
But current boss Javi Gracia could last longer than many of his predecessor, starting the new season with three wins from three games.
This competition is a different story, as the Hornets have lost their last four League Cup games all under different managers.
