Jordan Henderson with the sort of shot this final deserves. Toe-ender, almost hit at right angles to the direction he was facing, seven bobbles before going out for a goal-kick.

    Go big or go home.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 81 mins

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

Finally some action for Alisson! Son gets his head over a strike from about 25 yards, he hits it well and the Liverpool keeper pushes it away, Lucas gets on the losoe ball and toe-ends one on target but it's tame.

Son then hits a miscue straight at Alisson. But at least Spurs are having a go now!

Do Spurs think they are ahead on away goals? No urgency whatsoever.

    Ben

Not good play, disappointing from spurs throughout. I don't see any goal coming soon.

Groans as Toby Alderweirled goes back to his keeper.

Spurs are 12 minutes away from losing their first Champions League final and losing without calling Alisson into any serious action. That is a good cross though, and Dele Alli heads over. Under pressure, tough one to direct.

    Sean Dyche

  13. Postpublished at 75 mins

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

Andy Robertson intercepts a square pass like a rugby union full-back, brilliant turnover. But it's cleared, all of a sudden Son looks like running into the box but Virgil van Dijk slams the door in his face.

It's not been pretty but we could yet get a thrilling finale...

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

Eric Dier comes on for Moussa Sissoko. Strange one?

  15. Postpublished at 74 mins

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

Spurs are just playing two at the back now. All-out attack and it's going to surely lead to a goal at one end or another.

Spurs come forwards in numbers, Dele Alli tries to chip one to the back post and Alisson holds it. Was that a shot or a cross? It's their first shot on target if we are counting it.

  16. 'Spurs have to open up'published at 21:34 British Summer Time 1 June 2019

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

    Sean Dyche
Burnley manager on BBC Radio 5 live

Tottenham have to ask the questions. They're opening up the pitch but they have to do that - even if it means they get caught out.

Please can someone score, either team, so that goal/incident isn't what settles this final.

  19. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

Maybe it's going to open up! Alisson rifles a beauty of a long ball downfield, Mo Salah has space to move into. He puts the ball over, it looks like a tap-in at the far post but Toby Alderweireld clears. Spurs have emptied the tank - they have three men down injured at the end of that counter-attack...

  20. Postpublished at 70 mins

    Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool

A very ambitious cry of handball as a cross from the left hits James Milner, but that looked at real time like it was right in the guts.

Twenty minutes left and Alisson hasn't had to make a save.

Kieran Trippier then cuts a cross back and there's nobody there...
