James Maddison made the great difference at Leicester City, and well done Claude Puel, you have to know where to play him. In the last match against Man City he moved him from out wide into the middle and he made a difference throughout the rest of the game

Neil Warnock's Cardiff are the only top-flight side not to have been winning at half-time.

The Bluebirds are three points clear of the relegation zone despite leading for just 93 minutes in the league this season, the fewest of any club.

Leicester's meetings with Cardiff are sure to take on greater significance from now on following the deeply emotional encounter they shared at the Cardiff City Stadium in November, the week after the helicopter crash which killed owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and four others.

It was an experience which allowed players, staff and fans to unite as one in their grief; the victory the Foxes secured that day accentuated the cathartic nature of the whole occasion.

Less than two months later the fixtures computer has again brought these two clubs together. Perhaps it's somehow fitting that it should be the match which brings Leicester's annus horribilis to a close.

Even though we've only just reached the halfway stage of the season, I don't think it's too early to describe this game as a relegation six-pointer.

However, locked in the bottom two with just two wins each, it's difficult to see an escape route for either side.

Perhaps Fulham look slightly better equipped, having managing two successive draws as Claudio Ranieri addresses their leaky defence.

After six defeats in a row it's difficult to offer any hope for Huddersfield. They've only scored 12 goals all season and with star player Aaron Mooy missing through injury the future looks bleak.

Brighton have failed to keep a clean sheet in nine Premier League matches, but that has not stopped them from collecting 22 points from 19 games, one more than at the same stage last year.

Brighton should have beaten Arsenal after a timid opening. If they repeat their second-half form they can win this and make it a very creditable 33 home points from 2018.

A front three of Anthony Knockaert, Glenn Murray and Florin Andone would really trouble Everton. They rarely fail to score at home. Clean sheets are just as rare. But the first choice centre-backs Lewis Dunk and Shane Duffy will be together again.

With keeper Mat Ryan now away with Australia they could do with a win here to put them probably within 10 points of safety already.

Everton haven't won consecutive away league games in over two years. They'll find this a lot tougher than Burnley. It's also five years since they triumphed in the last game of a calendar year. A draw wouldn't be surprising.

Liverpool are playing the best of the top three, but take nothing from Spurs. We know the importance of their forward players like Christian Eriksen, Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Heung-min Son.

But the players they have added have been key. Lucas Moura has been big for them. Then there are unsung heroes like Moussa Sissoko. What a difference, he looks a different player. Harry Winks too.

Spurs have had problems but somehow managed to get the best out of players that weren’t expected to contribute massively. Which is why Mauricio Pochettino is being chased by just about everyone.

Dendoncker is making his first Premier League start.

Wolves XI: Patricio, Doherty, Bennett, Cavaleiro, Neves, Jimenez, Boly, Coady, Jonny, Dendoncker, Traore

It’s a tight bunch fighting for seventh place. The top six are pulling away from the rest. Leicester are potentially one of the best-placed teams to claim seventh.

Leicester have got a new test today. They’ve got a chance to win three games in a row. It’s a game that won’t be easy for them, but it’s a game they must win to show their ambition and show what they can achieve.
