  2. Will this season's results matter?published at 12:33 British Summer Time 27 May 2019

Aston Villa v Derby County (15:00 BST)

Katharine Merry was just talking about the way Villa played against Derby in the league this season.

Well - they beat the Rams 3-0 at Pride Park before thumping them 4-0 in the reverse fixture.

But this is the play-off final and all the pressure that comes with it. I'm not sure how much you can read into those results.

  3. 'Hopefully the arch will be claret and blue'published at 12:31 British Summer Time 27 May 2019

    BBC WM

Villa fan and former British sprinter Katharine Merry has been speaking to BBC WM 95.6.

"Myself and my husband are here and we're loving it," she said.

"There's much excitement, we're really looking forward to it and hoping this arch will be the colours of claret and blue come five o'clock.

"If we play the way we have done against them in the league this season then we should beat them, but Derby have nothing to lose so I'm fearful of them."

  4. 'The Derby fans have taken to him'published at 12:27 British Summer Time 27 May 2019

On-loan midfielder Mason Mount has been one of the stars of Derby County's season.

BBC Radio Derby caught up with the 20-year-old's parents, Tony and Debbie, as they made their way to the stadium.

"We've watched him flourish at Derby," said his father Tony. "The fans have taken to him and sing his name - it's amazing.

"I bought him here as a 11-year-old to watch a game and that was the last time he was here. To be here today to watch him play is what dreams are made of."

  5. How they got here...published at 12:23 British Summer Time 27 May 2019

Aston Villa v Derby County (15:00 BST)

    Well, they left it late.

Villa beat rivals West Brom on penalties after both sides won their home games by a single goal.

Derby's path was even more dramatic. Following a 1-0 defeat at Pride Park by Leeds, the Rams went a goal behind early in the second leg.

But following a crazy 90 minutes which saw Derby leading 3-2 on the night and the game heading to extra-time, Jack Marriott's late goal put them through.
