A change in midfield for Norwich as Moritz Leitner comes on for Marco Stiepermann.

Wonder what, as a manager, you tell a player you are sending on when your side is 4-0 down?

The biggest win on the opening day of a Premier League season was Chelsea 6-0 defeat of West Brom in 2010. Will Liverpool beat that? They are in a determined mood.

Norwich get caught on the ball again and it's inches away from Salah. Norwich have to learn, they have to move the ball quicker.

Loser92: Liverpool look like the real deal this year! I can’t see anybody stopping them from lifting the Premier League title. This is a very decent Canaries side that they are literally destroying at Anfield tonight.

Alice Brown: Come on Liverpool we may be European champions but we wanna win the league and beat City.

You have to feel for Norwich. First game away to Liverpool and, if they are hanging on by the skin of their teeth in May, last game is away to Man City.

Liverpool pick right up from where they left off and how they have not scored a fifth I don't know.

First, Divock Origi cuts in from the left, his low ball is dummied and Jordan Henderson stretches out a boot to fire a shot goalwards but Tim Krul does well to push it onto the bar.

The ball stays in play and Trent Alexander-Arnold keeps up the Liverpool attack. A low ball across the face of goal finds Roberto Firmino, who surely taps in? No as he gets the ball trapped under his feet and it trickles wide.

Forget all thoughts Liverpool might be suffering a hangover after missing out to Manchester City by one point in the race for last season's title.

They have blown Norwich away in a blistering opening 45 minutes and the visitors need to step it up if they are to avoid further damage in the second half.

The only negative for the Reds is the loss of Alisson to injury. Jurgen Klopp will be hoping it is not serious.
