So, both Scottish clubs progress in Europa League qualifying: Rangers see off Progres 2-0 on aggregate, while Aberdeen thump Chikhura at Pittodrie for a 6-1 aggregate thrashing.
Rangers will face Denmark's Midtjylland while the Dons take on Croatian outfit Rijeka.

Aberdeen striker Sam Cosgrove: "All round, it was a good night’s work. It was good to round it off with a hat-trick. There’s been a lot of work done on the training ground and leading up to the start of the season.
"There’s also got to be a lot of credit given to the new boys who’ve come in. The club’s a special place and I’m sure they’ve done the same with the new boys.
"I wasn’t here when we beat Reijka last time, but we’re looking forward to it and want to get through the tie.
"As a striker coming into the season, I challenge myself to score as many goals as I can. Hopefully, I can keep on doing it."

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes: "They [Chikhura] a very good side technically. There were spells in the game when we were free-flowing. All the goals were things of beauty. Sam [Cosgrove] will get the headlines, and rightly so… the fans are getting a flavour of what we’re trying to do this season.

The new players in there have integrated really well, that's the impression from the outside anyway, it looked like a very united team playing really good football, scoring excellent goals. BBC Scotland pundit Willie Miller was part of the Aberdeen side who set the record European aggregate score back in August 1982 on their way to their historic Cup Winner's Cup title - beating Swiss side Sion 7-0 in their first leg, 4-1 in the second of the competition's preliminary round.
While Derek McInnes' troops haven't quite broken it, beating Chikhura 6-1 on aggregate to reach the third qualifying round, Miller believes they've earned the right to be compared.

But Sam Cosgrove with the three goals from outfield play, no penalties, taking a bow and doing a lap of honour out there. And he thoroughly deserves it.
