Arrogant from City to think playing in defence is so easy, anyone can do it. Teams just need to run at pace.

Tottenham 2-0 Red Star Belgrade
Red Star aren't supposed to have any fans in the ground tonight but they're making plenty of noise. Their side are full of intent still too as Rajiv van la Parra has a header well saved.

It's interesting to watch Tanguy Ndombele with Moussa Sissoko. Sissoko doing that work in front of the back four is something I think could work for Tottenham.

Chance! No!
Raheem Sterling puts over a low cross and it's just behind the waiting Sergio Aguero, before Aguero then curls one in low which is brilliantly pushed around the post by Pierluigi Gollini at full stretch.
City finding their feet. Aguero then blazes over!

Excellent football again. Lamela looks up and can see Son haring in, desperate to meet the ball on the volley and that's what he does - he meets it beautifully.
That is a great finish. It really is a top-class finish. Tottenham have started in top gear and fully justified their 2-0 lead.
Tottenham 2-0 Red Star Belgrade
Chance for Red Star, Marko Marin floats over a fine cross and Nemanja Milunovic heads it wide.

Once again it was Tottenham using the wide areas, something I think they do not do enough of.
It was perfectly timed by Son at the back post. He caught the ball at the right time because he could have skied it. He got underneath it just enough and it soared into the top corner.
Tottenham 2-0 Red Star Belgrade
Spurs are buzzing now, they clear a Red Star free-kick and Son leads a four-man charge. He has Serge Aurier screaming in on the right but for once the South Korean's pass is too heavy.
Breakthrough in Istanbul, the home supporters have been silenced.
Real Madrid open the scoring against Galatasaray courtesy of Toni Kroos's deflected strike following Eden Hazard's cutback.
The German midfielder netting on his 100th appearance in the competition.
Son (16 mins)
That's a lovely, lovely goal! Spurs playing more like their old selves tonight so far.
Erik Lamela again with the assist, he gets it on the right wing, cuts back on to his left foot and stands up a peach of a cross to the far post.
Son runs on to it, gets there on the bounce and it's so easy to sky those but he cushions a volley into the roof of the net.
Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 Red Star Belgrade

Tottenham are playing with width, it's like a 4-2-4. It might leave them a little vulnerable in transition but it's exactly what the home fans want. It's been an aggressive start from Spurs.
Manchester City 0-0 Atalanta
'Only' 53% of the ball so far for City. Not having it all their own way.
