I know there are calls for Cesar Azpilicueta to lose his place from some Chelsea fans but he's been excellent at the back tonight. He steps across to cut out a one-two between Dusan Tadic and Quincy Promes and clear.

It's a shocking tackle by Dusan Tadic. He totally wipes Willian out. His arm goes across his face and he hits his knee.

It was unconventional the way he left his body in there. If the ref had given a red card we wouldn't be saying 'that was harsh', we'd have said 'fair enough'.

Mason Mount has his hands up and raised, always wanting the ball. His cross is cut out, corner ball.

That's a high tackle at the rugby World Cup, never mind in the Champions League! Dusan Tadic gets himself in a tangle and clotheslines Willian to the floor! A mess off a challenge. He's lucky perhaps to only get booked there.

Chelsea need to have a little bit more quality in the final moment. They've been brilliant until that moment. They need a little bit of calmness to finish off these moves.

Ajax play like this for a reason. The ballboys get the ball back onto the pitch within half a second for a reason. They're used to it, they want this tempo. Whether or not they can play like this for two halves is questionable but Chelsea might have to think 'we need to consolidate a bit here. When we win the ball we've got enough, we fancy Abraham to expose Blind or the other centre-back Veltman with his pace'. Maybe that will be their tack.

As it stands Ajax would top the group, three points clear of Chelsea, with Valencia just a point behind with a game in hand...

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum and Divock Origi drop out.

In come James Milner, Dejan Lovren, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool XI: Alisson, Milner, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Keita, Fabinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mane, Firmino, Salah.

Tanzania captain and star striker Mbwana Samatta, who won the Golden Boot for the topscorer in Belgium last season, leads the line for Genk.

Genk XI: Coucke, Maehle, Cuesta, Lucumi, Uronen, Bongondo, Heynen, Berge, Ito, Samatta, Onuachu.

Barcelona make two changes from Saturday's 3-0 win over Eibar. Gerard Pique is back in the team after a La Liga suspension and replaces Samuel Umtiti, who is injured.
