England have scored at least four goals in every Euro 2020 qualifier they have played. It is going to take some upturn in performance to see that sort of return today.

England win an attacking throwing on the right, level with the Czech Republic area but they gift possession straight back to the hosts, who then carry the ball back up the pitch.

In his opening quarter of international football Mason Mount has only touched the ball five times - all of them out on the left-hand side.

He's going to struggle to be creative and create opportunities from there.

We're not seeing enough from a lot of the players.

I can't remember Jadon Sancho being on the ball. Mason Mount has come into the team but he hasn't had a pass.

The Czech Republic are frustrating England, and on the ball they look very confident.

Jan Boril loves a foray forward, the England defence doesn't love trying to close him down.

They back off as the Czech Republic full-back lunges towards the area and gets a shot off but there's no power behind it and Jordan Pickford gathers.

Very bitty performance by England at the moment. They are passing the ball along the backline, no-one looking to take the initiative in midfield.

Mason Mount perhaps shows some signs of frustrations as he goes in very late on Jan Boril, sending him to the floor and giving the hosts an easy free kick.

England just can't get control of the ball. The Czech Republic are dominating the possession.

England have to press the ball a lot higher. If you have four attacking players on the pitch, go and press them high, go and get the ball back.

They're letting the hosts have too much of the ball and they're growing in confidence.

At the moment you would think the Czech Republic were top of the group.

Czech Republic's confidence is brimming after their equaliser and they are passing the ball about with purpose.

England are having to be patient at the moment.

Ooooh, a let off for England!

It is another set piece that causes trouble as an inswinging corner is whipped in with real pace. It skims the head of Tomas Soucek, is just out of reach of Jakub Brabec before Jan Boril directs a shot just wide.

The defence was missing again for that one.

Harry Kane's fourth touch of the ball sees England win a free-kick as he is brought down some 30 yards from goal.

Mason Mount and Danny Rose are over it and it is the latter who plays it short to Jadon Sancho, whose first-time ball into the area doesn't find an England team-mate. Not quite.

England can score goals but they can also certainly concede them - Jordan Pickford had already made one fine save and that equaliser was a mess. This is a problem that is not going away for manager Gareth Southgate.

Harry Kane only touched the ball three times in the opening 10 minutes.

One of them was from the penalty spot while another came from kick-off after Czech Republic equalised.

I don't understand how England concede at set pieces.

Look at the size of the England team. They should never have a problem with a ball coming in.

They should relish those balls coming into the box, but they don't get the first or second ball.

Vladimír Darida lofts the ball into the area as the hosts try to muster an immediate response. Kieran Trippier heads away. Czech Republic regain possession and fire the ball into the area before Jordan Pickford superbly pushes behind Vladimir Coufal's shot.
