    Burnley 0-0 Everton

Seamus Coleman is a lucky man. He stretches after overrunning the ball and puts his studs onto Erik Pieters' shin. To Coleman's credit he's showing a lot of concern for Pieters who is writhing in pain but that was a horrible tackle.

It could have been a red. Pieters is lucky not to have broken a leg.

  2. Mane deserves his goalpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 5 October 2019

    Liverpool 1-0 Leicester

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Anfield

Sadio Mane has been as tireless in his defensive work on the right flank as he has in his attacking threat today and fully deserved his goal.

Never looked for a moment like he would miss - but Leicester City will be so disappointed because they had done so well up to that point.

What a ball down the side - it's something Liverpool have definitely worked on - and when Sadio Mane gets into those positions, he very rarely misses.

    Burnley 0-0 Everton

Everton's best chance falls to Alex Iwobi. He finds space in the box with the ball at his feet but scuffs his shot.

It was scrappy but a definite chance. Matt Lowton was the defender to get his body in the way.

This game, every time you look up there is another chance. It's a great game to watch. It's end to end. Norwich are playing well but they are squandering their chances and then making mistakes. Aston Villa look the strongest I have seen them so far.
