Are things on an upward curve for Manchester United again? Granted it's a slight incline but there has been an improvement with victories on all three fronts.

The latest came at Chelsea on Wednesday in the EFL Cup courtesy of THAT free-kick by Marcus Rashford. The England man now looks fully rebooted, capable of scoring anytime, anywhere.

He scored home and away in victories over Bournemouth last season so Eddie Howe and co appreciate his threat. Their own threat has disappeared recently, failing to score a single goal in October.

You sense they'll need at least one to get anything from this one.

How quickly things can change in football.

A little over three weeks ago, as Manchester United slumped to a 1-0 defeat at Newcastle, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left dejected, reportedly fearing the sack and contemplating just what Nordic dramas he could watch to fill the time if he did get the boot.

Fast forward to today and Solskjaer must be heading to work with a bit of a spring in his step.

Since that loss at St James' Park, his side have held Liverpool to a draw and won three games on the bounce, including against an in-form Chelsea.

Today they face Bournemouth knowing a win, coupled with results elsewhere, could see them move above Arsenal and into the top five.

That would be quite the turnaround after being perhaps a bit too close to the relegation zone for comfort...

I won't dwell too long on the old rugby as you are probably in this page for one of two reasons.

    1) You don't like rugby

    2) You love rugby and you quickly want to forget about that game.

But I will say that was a hugely impressive performance by South Africa as they beat England 32-12, they never really gave England a sniff.

So, with that in mind, tell us about the most complete performance your side has produced - the one where everything came together and you just blew the opposition away.
