Luke: Liverpool are going to win the game, however their performance will give hope to every team that they are not that great. They are easily beatable if the luck is not on their side, we have seen luck win them many games this season already, it will run out.

Time is really against Manchester City now despite their near total domination of the last 10 minutes. Kyle Walker gets a little nudge off Andy Robertson as the City fullback tries and fails to keep the ball in play.

That is not a penalty, Pep Guardiola is wrong with that one.

Change for Liverpool and it is a defensive one as Joe Gomez comes on for Mo Salah.

Angelino crosses low from the left but it is blocked by Dejan Lovren. Angelino tries again from the left but this time lofts the ball in, Kyle Walker rises but heads over the bar! Big chance.

Angelino knocks the ball into the box but it goes all the way through to Alisson. Respite for the Reds but only brief as they hand the ball back to Manchester City again.

Is there a glimmer of hope for Manchester City?

Raheem Sterling shoots, blocked. Kyle Walker shoots, blocked. This has been an incredibly disciplined defensive display by Liverpool. They are getting in the way of everything.
