Shame we can't have a full stadium in Seville tonight. We saw earlier in Budapest just how much of a difference it makes to an atmosphere.

To be fair, they are doing their best to make noise in Spain, though.

Plenty of lads with their shirts off too, enjoying the last bits of sunshine.

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

Cristiano Ronaldo goes into this game as the leading scorer at Euro 2020, with five to his name.

More than that, though. One more goal and he will set a new men's record for most national team goals.

He now has 109 to his name, the same number as Ali Daei, who scored 109 goals for Iran between 1993 and 2006.

He is already the top scorer in club football's top tournament, the European Cup/Champions League, a trophy he has won five times.

Against France he became the top European scorer in World Cups and European Championships combined, overtaking Miroslav Klose's record of 19.

He also became the top scorer in European Championship history against Hungary on Tuesday, 15 June and his tally is up to 13 now.

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

    Micah Richards
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

When you think about Portugal, the first you think of is Ronaldo. It was similar at Real Madrid when Ronaldo played with Benzema. Even though he played well and got a lot of goals, if you look at his record when Ronaldo left Madrid, Benzema's numbers got better because he became the main man.

No matter what, while Ronaldo is still playing for Portugal the other players are always going to be in his shadow. That's what they have to deal with.

I cannot wait for Belgium vs Portugal. I did not know who will win at first but I do have Belgium in the family sweepstake, so Belgium for the win! Also, my sister has Portugal.

    Kristof Terreur
Belgian football journalist on BBC Radio 5 live

We've been number one in the world for 1,000 days, but what is 1,000 days without a trophy? We have to deliver now. It's really now or never for this generation. The average age is now 34 and we don't have a lot of good defenders coming through.

It's now or never for us, we had a bronze generation with a bronze at the World Cup it was our best ever finish. We have to learn to win like Portugal is. We need that moment still to believe in ourselves.

Cristiano Ronaldo is always a danger and is still one that other players look up to. There's an aura about him and in Belgium the talk was only about Cristiano Ronaldo to be fair. People say the team is more than just Ronaldo when you mention the other talent they have. It's just a great team, but everyone will be watching Ronaldo like we have for how many years now? 17 years. My whole career as a journalist I can't think of a moment without Cristiano Ronaldo and he will be dangerous.

The stadium announcer has just read out the Portugal team in Seville. Cristiano Ronaldo's name was greeted with huge boos.

Looks like the non-Real Madrid fans in Spain haven't forgotten what he did to their sides.

Either that or they really love fizzy drinks.

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's the champions against the number one team in the world. Belgium have looked very comfortable so far other than against the first half agsinst Denmark when they really got in their faces and they couldn't handle it, but then they brought on De Bruyne and Witzel which changed the game. Portugal are going to have to play a lot better if they want to get a result.

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

When it became clear that Group F was potentially going to spit one of France, Germany or Portugal out as a third-placed side, it set up the likelihood that they would have to face one of the big guns in the last 16.

That it is Portugal (the team in possession of the Euros trophy) and their opponent is currently the biggest gun (according to Fifa) makes this the kind of mouth-watering contest that would have Homer Simpson salivating for a month.

Mmmmmmm, huge Euro 2020 last-16 claaaaash.

  13. 'I've got to give it to Belgium'published at 19:29 British Summer Time 27 June 2021

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

    Micah Richards
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's too close to call. Belgium is the one that I said was going to win it, Roberto Martinez is an absolute genius. In terms of scrutiny, going over the ball, tactical nuance Belgium are going to be a tough side to be.

I can't pick who's going to win this. This tournament has brought out so many surprises, but in terms of who's tactically the most ready, I'll always give it to Belgium.

  14. 'Portugal will have joy if they get at back three'published at 19:27 British Summer Time 27 June 2021

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

    Chris Waddle
Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Belgium are a very talented side. For Portugal it's trying to control the game. This is a very talented, a very experienced Belgium team. They know each other inside out. If Portugal can get at that back three I think they'll have a lot of joy tonight. Denmark caused so many problems in the group stage.

  15. 'Portugal have a tactical problem to solve'published at 19:25 British Summer Time 27 June 2021

    Belgium v Portugal (20:00 BST)

    Carlos Carvalhal
Former Sheff Wed and Swansea manager on BBC Radio 5 live

I believe it will be a 50:50 game. We have a tactical problem to solve because when we play against the Germans we conceded four goals and really we had a big problem with the system that Belgium is also playing.

I know very well the system, I know how much this system can be a threat to a forward defensive line. We felt a lot of problems in that game, but I trust the manager and I know that he is very clever and very experienced. But let's see.

Diogo Dalot and Joao Palhinha are surprises in that Portugal XI.

Saying that, this is a Portugal team that have conceded six times already this tournament and the man Dalot has replaced - Nelson Semedo - has been a notable weak link.

The back four will need to be bang on it, though, against Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard and Kevin de Bruyne.

Think Portugal's pacey, skilful front three may well fancy it against the Belgian back three, which has a combined age of 101.

Belgium have made five changes from the team who beat Finland.

Most notable is a return for Youri Tielemans, but Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Thomas Meunier and Thorgan Hazard all also get the nod.

Portugal make two but there's no place for Bruno Fernandes in the starting line-up. Diogo Dalot and Joao Palhinha are brought in.
