Very different vibe to the game earlier. This is a chess match.

Sanches is so good! If theirs any player close to being the new Kante it's him! Remembering him in a Swansea shirt always makes me giggle. What a player!

Thorgan Hazard with a shot from range, which Diogo Dalot blocks. There is a chance the attack might continue but Hazard is penalised for a foul.
As you were.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Not one for fans seeking penalty-box drama in these early stages. Just the two touches by either side in the opponent's area.
A good game to be sat on the halfway line.
Steady now lads, steady.

This game needs a goal, pretty underwhelming so far.

Witsel got the tackle on him so he's the one in pain, I don't know why Moutinho's staying down rolling around. He's staying down thinking 'well I'm not going to get a card'.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
The two goalkeepers have only had five touches of the ball combined in the opening 15 minutes (Patricio 3-2 Courtois).
Just one shot off target for each side so far.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
The three players with the most appearances in Euros history are all starting for Portugal tonight: Cristiano Ronaldo (25), Joao Moutinho and Pepe (19 each).
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Axel Witsel and Joao Moutinho go in for a 50/50 ball. Neither come out of it very well. They both need a bit of treatment before getting back to their feet to continue.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Pepe is not a man to be out-battled or out... well... scammed. Romelu Lukuka tries the former but is beaten as Portugal survive a potentially tricky situation.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Portugal look for a big diagonal to Diogo Jota, but it's way too strong and skips out of play.
Keep the faith everyone, it's only been 15 minutes.

G: Jota in general has been so wasteful this tournament
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Belgium seeing far more of the ball. Portugal are coiled, like a spring waiting to uncoil.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Ruben Dias will know a thing or two about Kevin de Bruyne. The Belgium midfielder is very central and pressing, which brings him bang up against his Manchester City team-mate.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Another Belgium period of possession ends with Eden Hazard turning his man but then scooping a shot from range way over the bar.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
These are two possession-hungry sides. There have been long periods on the ball from both so far.
Belgium 0-0 Portugal
Belgium's first half-opening of the game. It comes from a superb Youri Tielemens floated ball to the right, where Thomas Meunier gathers but then crosses way too long for Romelu Lukaku in the box.

I've seen Jota do this a lot at Liverpool and before that at Wolves and for Portugal in this tournament. He never seems to relax and just think hit the target. He always seems to lash at things. He does get a lot of chances because he's quick and mobile, but he needs three or four chances to get a goal.
