    Millwall 1-0 Blackburn

Mason Bennett's 20th-minute goal bagged the points for Millwall at The Den.

The Lions have now kept 16 Championship clean sheets this season and are within two points of sixth-placed Cardiff.

However, this defeat ends any chance Blackburn had of reaching the play-offs.

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Huddersfield

Sheffield Wednesday v HuddersfieldImage source, PA Media

Arguably the most exciting and colourful thing at Hillsborough tonight was Huddersfield's neon-pink away kit.

Wednesday look safe but that may change if they get a points deduction with a verdict of their misconduct charge looming. They had chances from Kadeem Harris and Barry Bannan but were unable to break the deadlock.

Town could have done with a win and should perhaps have scored when Fraizer Campbell smashed over the bar, but also had Jonas Lossl to thank for parity with a couple of smart saves.

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Derby come bearing gifts for Cardiff in the shape of two goals handed on a plate, to give the home side a real boost in their play-off push. They're sixth with a two-point gap on Millwall (barring a late Blackburn equaliser...)

Junior Hoilett snapped up a sloppy backpass from Jason Knight and Lee Tomlin robbed Wayne Rooney to score after Knight had levelled.

Phillip Cocu's side arguably have missed the play-off boat. They'll need an utter miracle to hit the top six now.

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Wayne Rooney unable to deliver from set-pieces, easy take for Alex Smithies.

Rooney's evening has been a miserable one. At fault for the goal and unable to impact this game.

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield breathe a sigh of relief.

Jonas Lossl has made some super stops tonight and got to a strike from Adam Reach who has a penchant for the spectacular.

The ball squirts loose but it won't be any danger as the lurking Wednesday forward was offside.

    Luton 1-1 QPR

It's all over at Kenilworth Road.

Luton miss the chance to move out of the drop zone but face fellow strugglers Hull City on Saturday. That will be a HUGE game.

QPR avoid a third straight defeat.

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing tests Kelle Roos again... and the Rams keeper is equal to the effort.

Cardiff are the side calling the shots.

Are Derby's promotion hopes being quashed in south Wales?

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:36 British Summer Time 14 July 2020

    Luton 1-1 QPR

Oh wow, it's another late top save but this time it's from Luton's Simon Sluga who denies Ilias Chair down low.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:33 British Summer Time 14 July 2020

    Luton 1-1 QPR

Luton almost with a late goal but Joe Lumley has denied Dan Potts' drive with an excellent save.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:32 British Summer Time 14 July 2020

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Ah - that was nearly the game for Cardiff!

Danny Ward clips a lovely ball in from the left byline as Derby froze in the box but Joe Ralls can only glance his header onto the crossbar.

Cleared eventually, three would have been the magic number if you ask me.

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Huddersfield

Fraizer Campbell knees the ball over the top. It's a horror. Really, one of those where if you did a 'Spot the Ball' with a freeze-frame, no-one would have picked the stratospheric dot where it ended up.

Couple of yards out, and a waste of a nice Huddersfield move down the left. It was begging to be finished.

    Millwall 1-0 Blackburn

Who loves a good old scramble in the box?

Jed Wallace swings in a corner for Millwall and it causes mayhem in the Rovers box as it falls to Shane Ferguson who has his close range effort well blocked, it then falls to Shaun Hutchinson who has the ball nicked away from him.

    Great defending from Blackburn there.

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Derby try to thread the eye of the needle with their latest raid on goal but it's too intricate to come to fruition.

They've rolled the dice with Jack Marriott and Florian Jozefzoon on to add some attacking punch.

The Lions still lead but Blackburn have been the team on top in terms of possession - but have no goals to show for it yet.

Good chance for Luton as Harry Cornick drives towards goal, he attempts a chipped effort but it's gone wide.

    Cardiff 2-1 Derby

Cardiff striker Robert Glatzel heads wide, it looked like he should have done better there after a swinging cross from the right dropped nicely. It was poor actually.

Derby need to aim up here. Time ticking down.
