Scott Allan looks very tired as Stevie Mallan takes over in midfield for Hibs, making his first appearance of the season after recovering from an injury.

Allan had been booked just before his withdrawal for a lazy kick at Liam Craig, who has been his shadow all afternoon

Hibs make a change to try and stem the flow of St Johnstone attacks and it's Drey Wright coming on to face his former side, replacing Daryl Horgan.

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes was delighted to record a second win in three days after seeing off Livingston 2-1 at Pittodrie.

"The important thing was to get another three points," McInnes told BBC Scotland. "We got over the line, which was the most important thing.

"We scored two very good goals, should've had another one.

"Marley Watkins had a very good debut throughout. Ross McCrorie was excellent for us."

We're up and running again and Christian Doidge is right in the thick of the action as the Hibs striker clashes heads with Liam Gordon. A sore one, but both men are back on their feet without much fuss.

Livingston head coach Gary Holt is upset at his team's defending after their defeat by Aberdeen and suspects Livi should also have had a penalty at Pittodrie.

"I'm angry," he told BBC Scotland. "We played so well in large spells of the game but if you give a team an opportunity to go two goals up, you're fighting an uphill struggle.

"I think there's a handball where we should've had a penalty."
