  1. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 0-0 Hibernianpublished at 17:18 British Summer Time 23 August 2020

Hibs have just about shaded a fairly bonkers first half, yet St Johnstone will rightfully feel aggrieved at Callum Hendry's disallowed goal.

The officials got that one badly wrong - the striker was onside when he headed into the net - while Hibs' two efforts were correctly ruled out.

Martin Boyle came closest to a legitimate Hibs strike, forcing a fine save from Elliot Parish early on and Parish did well to keep out a Christian Doidge header before the game's third disallowed goal.

How about that burst of action? Three disallowed goals in quick succession. The two Hibs efforts were called correctly but the linesman has had a stinker for the Callum Hendry header...

I think Hibs are suffering without Kevin Nisbet because I think Christian Doidge likes someone alongside him. You can see how much of an impact young Nisbet has had already now that he is missing

Lewis Ferguson slammed in a penalty and Scott Wright finished off a slick move to put the Dons in control but Livi hit back through Scott Pittman and made the hosts sweat in the closing stages.
