Matt Doherty was class for Wolves in a wing-back role but I did wonder if he could do the same job in a back four, and playing under Jose Mourinho.

He didn't get forwards much today BUT did have one good chance.

I would have loved to see Toto rock up at Everton in about 1996.

Everton now look like European quality team.

We have spoken about James Rodriguez and Allan but Abdoulaye Doucoure has been sensational as well.

They can bring Gylfi Sigurdsson on which shows the depth they have.

Some cohesive thinking for once at Goodison? They look a new side. We are only 70 minutes into the season, mind.

They could do with another and Richarlison again bends one just wide!
