Third goal for Tottenham, third goal for Son, third assist for Harry Kane and too easy for Tottenham to score. Tottenham have gone right through the middle there. Each time for Son's goals, Harry Kane has picked him out beautifully.

    Son Heung-min

Three goals for Son Heung-min and three assists for Harry Kane! The ultimate team work.

Kane does the hard work again, picking out Son with a lovely chipped pass through the centre.

Son, who has been making those runs in behind all day, just coolly slots it past the keeper.

Really patient build-up from Southampton. Jack Stephens feeds it through to Stuart Armstrong, who lets it run for Che Adams but his strike goes wide of the far post.

Son Heung-min uses his pace to create space on the left and whips it into the middle. Harry Kane is the target but Jan Bednarek gets an important head on it.

Here comes that change from Jose Mourinho.

A good point from Rhys. Son Heung-min scored in the 47th minute in the first half and the 47th minute in the second half.

Two goals in one minute (with a 15 minute break in between). Now that really is world class.

Now add Gareth Bale into that front 3 and imagine what they could do. Oh wait we don't have to! Our problems are lack of aggression in midfield and lack of concentration in defence, that's what needs addressing now!

    Pete, slightly optimistic Spurs fan

We look a different side with Lo Celso on. Although Ndombele can produce a moment of magic we control the game so much better with Lo Celsos energy

How many players have scored in the same minute in both halves, I wonder? Nice one Son

    Sloppy at the back.

Moussa Djenepo wins the ball for Southampton in the Spurs box but can't get his shot away. He slips it right to Stuart Armstrong, who tries to curl it into the top left corner but he skies it.

The flag then goes up for offside but nobody is too sure why. Was Che Adams interferring in the build-up?

Danny Ings leaves Davinson Sanchez for dead with a lovely stepover on the left and he cuts it back to Stuart Armstrong.

His strike is saved near the post but Ings is flagged offside anyway.

Mclovin: 23 goals so far in the premier league round 2! So much for defending! Not even halfway through the round yet!

Son Heung-Min and Harry Kane have combined for more Premier League goals than any other duo in the competition since the South Korean’s move to England in August 2015 (22 goals).

Paul: Oh Southampton... You don't give Son the chances they've given him today. Poor defending. Son is too good to be giving those chances to and he's duly punished them twice.

    William Smallbone replaces Oriol Romeu.

Probably a sensible decision given he was on a dangerous booking.

Danny Ings' cross from the left is half-cleared by Eric Dier. Matt Doherty then hoofs it up into the air and there's a bit of pinball around the box as neither team are able to get the ball under control.

Eventually, Southampton get a hold of it but Kyle Walker-Peters' cross is dealt with comfortably.

Harry Kane then sees Alex McCarthy off his line and tries an audacious shot from the halfway line. It almost goes out for a throw-in. Jose Mourinho isn't impressed.

Assuming Ndombele coming off is down to match fitness. He was the only good thing in 1st half.

Oriol Romeu clips Giovani Lo Celso and gives away a free-kick in midfield. He needs to be careful, he's already on a yellow.

There's space for James Ward-Prowse in the middle and he hits it early from 25 yards out.

It's down the middle again. Comfortable for Hugo Lloris.

Son Heung-min is off on another run down the left. Lucas Moura and Harry Kane are waiting in the middle.

He slides it across and it's inches behind Lucas, which allows Ryan Bertrand to come in and intercept.

The flag goes up on the far side though. Son was offside.
