I don't know who is down to mark Marquinhos for Manchester City but it was a decent delivery - we've seen it many times, the ball hit with a bit of pace towards the near post.

It's a free header and he has had a free run. Ilkay Gundogan has just him go and attack it. Shocking goal at this level to give away.

Neymar looks in the mood and that was great feet by him. We know he has the ability and if he's up for it, how do you control him?

Ah that's superb from Neymar, vintage stuff as he finds a yard of space in a tight area, much as he did against Bayern and hit the bar, and his shot is going in until Ederson claws it away. PSG threatening to build some serious pressure here.

You can see when PSG pass the ball to each other, and because they break so quickly and have so much pace, they play the ball in front of Neymar and Mbappe all the time because they know they can get on the end of it.

The immaculate Ruben Dias makes a cracking challenge but the ball comes out to Angel di Maria and his trickery wins a corner for the hosts. Kylian Mbappe lays the ball back to Alessandro Florenzi and his firebolt is deflected away. That was shifting!

City are a bit slow on the ball again and Kyle Walker is caught this time. Pep Guardiola is not happy with both the challenge on his full-back and his pondering.

The ball was just rolled into Rodri and we could hear Pep Guardiola in the dugout shouting "don't give the ball away! Don't give the ball away!" because there have been a couple times already that Rodri has just been caught dwelling on the ball, taking too long.

PSG must've worked on that - but don't give the ball away is the message from Pep.

PSG go direct, and why not with the pace of Kylian Mbappe to hit. A driven ball up from the defence would set the Frenchman clear but Ruben Dias gets a feather of a touch on it to head away.

City then sweep up field but are pushed out wide.

Good start by Manchester City.

They look very composed, are passing the ball around well and with confidence - which you would expect, from a team in form.

Mayank: Neymar is going to be star of this semi-final.

Of course the last time Poch met Pep in the Champions League it was decent! Spurs beat City thanks to an absolute classic tie.

It's being played at breakneck speed. Zipping the ball about nicely. Obviously. I mean, they're the best of the best.

There is a lot of pressure on certain individuals tonight. Namely Mbappe and Neymar. They have to perform.

Likewise the front three of Manchester City - they also have to perform tonight. They have to make things happen, score the goals, finish off the great moves.

There are so many good players on this pitch. I can't call it...

Lovely at the other end though, Riyad Mahrez plays a cracking pass in from the right to find the run of Kevin de Bruyne but Marquinhos is alive and across to clear. A promising start.

There's basically nobody playing up front for City, not even in a false sense. They lose the ball cheaply and PSG come forwards with trademark pace, Neymar gets the shot off on the run but he doesn't catch it full bore and it's an easy save for Ederson.
