There's been a lot of criticism for Gareth Southgate recently but credit where it's due. He's identified the key issues England needed to identify -namely cutting off supply to Lukaku and breaking quicker and with more purpose against the Belgium defenders. It's paying massive dividends in the second half.

That was KDB's last touch - he comes off and is replaced by Yari Verschaeren. De Bruyne is either unhappy about coming off or unhappy at not coming off sooner as he's having a lengthy debrief with Roberto Martinez.
