Right then Donny lad, what have you got?

It was inevitable that the Dutch midfielder was going to get his chance soon. That knocking on the door was getting too loud.

Southampton are unchanged from the side that drew 1-1 at Wolves in their last game. Unsurprising really considering their seven-game unbeaten run.

Manchester United make two changes from the side that beat Istanbul Basaksehir 4-1 in the Champions League.

Mason Greenwood starts in attack, while Nemanja Matic comes into midfield. Edinson Cavani drops to the bench and Anthony Martial is not included.

This is what Klopp had to say to the BBC after yesterday's game, which saw Brighton level late on via a VAR-awarded penalty. Probably didn't help Klopp's mood...

  5. Klopp criticises BT Sport and Wilderpublished at 12:52 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2020

Klopp went off on one at BT Sport journalist Des Kelly after the game at Brighton yesterday, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

The Liverpool boss sarcastically congratulated Kelly on James Milner's injury and called Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder "selfish" in his spiky post-match interview.

"I don't know how often I have to say it. You picked the 12:30," he said to Kelly.

"After Wednesday, Saturday at 12:30 is really dangerous for the players."

Klopp had previously warned that playing games on Wednesday and then being involved in the early Saturday match would cause problems.

"Until this year is over in this part of the season we had this slot three times," he said. "Look who else had this slot three times? No-one."

    Chelsea v Tottenham (16:30 GMT)

Today's top-billed game is undoubtedly Chelsea v Tottenham, one of whom will end the day on top of the Premier League.

There will be plenty of time to chat about that game later. For now, though, I'll leave you with this video, which looks back at some of the most memorable Premier League games between the sides in recent years.

The infamous 'Battle of the Bridge' in 2016, Spurs' 5-3 win on New Year's Day 2015 and Chelsea's 4-0 victory in 2014 all feature.

  9. Today's gamespublished at 12:39 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2020

This is a bit of a later start than we've been used to of late on a Sunday. By this point we're usually half an hour deep into the first game.

Three fixtures today. Here they are...

Southampton v Manchester United (14:00 GMT)

    Chelsea v Tottenham (16:30)

    Arsenal v Wolves (19:15)

  10. Saints go marching on?published at 12:33 Greenwich Mean Time 29 November 2020

Southampton v Man Utd (14:00 GMT)

Do Southampton dare to go third in the table? You better believe it. After a slightly underwhelming start to the season, the Saints are absolutely flying - unbeaten in their last seven matches and giving a few fancied sides a bloody nose.

They beat Everton, drew at Chelsea and Wolves and now have Manchester United in their sights.

As for the visitors? Well, their after a third win in a row and a spot in the top half of the table. A victory here could actually take them sixth. Lets hope they've not packed a grey kit.

Games between Southampton and Manchester United aren't considered to be one of the Premier League's elite fixtures. But that doesn't mean we don't occasionally have some fun with them.

Today's promises to be a belter.

Afternoon all. Welcome to BBC Sport's live text coverage of Sunday's English top-flight football.
