Chelsea

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard, speaking to Sky Sports: "Of course it feels good to get a win, it has not been easy with the league form recently and you have to break the duck. Fulham made it difficult. We started the game well, controlled a lot of the ball, it is not easy against 10 men. We kept going and we got what we deserved tonight."

On the difficulties of playing 10 men: "It is a pressure to move the ball, hit the sides, open it up, make them run and create chances. We were doing that. Just because of the current form it is a bit harder, the confidence is not quite there. But we found it so I'm really pleased.

"I trust the quality of the players. There was a feeling we would get a goal, because the pressure was constant. It was about staying patient with our passing and I think we did."

On matchwinner Mason Mount: "Mason was in a deeper role but can still arrive. He needs to score more goals, he knows that, but his quality and attitude is brilliant."

Fulham

Fulham boss Scott Parker speaking to BBC's MOTD: "The longer the first half went on we came into it.

"It was a great chance for Cavaleiro - that needs to go in."

On the Robinson red card: "I've not seen it again. In real time I didn't see it. I want my players to play on the line - to be committed and aggressive. But if he's crossed it he needs to look at that.

"I thought defensively we were fantastic. You still want to be a bit of a counter-threat.

"In the second half, you're playing the clock a bit - we tried to hold on but it wasn't to be. But I've nothing but admiration for my team - they were superb to a man."

Leicester City

Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers speaking to BT Sport: "It's a game I'm looking forward to. It's two attacking teams and it should be a really good game.

"It's great to have Ricardo Pereira back [on the bench]. He can play a number of roles for us. We have guys who aren't making the bench as well. If we have to change it [tonight] we have the chance to do that."

Southampton

Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl speaking to BT Sport: "[Danny Ings] is back in training but the game today is too early."

On his changes, including Alex McCarthy's return in goal: "We have two good goalkeepers, Alex [McCarthy] has done a great job so far. Our bench is very young today but we hope we can handle this.

"It's about the team performance, not the individual performance today."

Chelsea

More from Mason Mount on getting on the scoresheet: "I found myself in the box which recently I haven't been doing. It is something I looked at and I managed to do that today. It fell to me and I probably should have had two."

On celebrating with his team-mates: "That's the world we live in, but that's the passion of football. You want to celebrate together. We have to be careful but don't want to take away the passion too much."

Yep. Plus he's relocated to London in the only time in living memory when he can't even go for a pint.

Chelsea

Chelsea matchwinner Mason Mount, speaking to Sky Sports: "It was a massive game for us, we know the run recently has been tough, we had to look at ourselves.

"It was good to get the win against Morecambe and today was a tough game. We had to wait until late in second half to get the goal, we had to dig deep as a team. We showed good character and got the win."

On the pressure the players have been feeling: "We all knew we needed a win, we put that pressure on ourselves. We look at the quality in the changing room, we knew we need to win games.

"It has been difficult last couple of weeks, but we put pressure on ourselves to win against a good team who have been playing well."

On staying patient: "They had five at the back which is always difficult, you feel you get impatient at times, but tonight we stayed patient and played. We got better and better and nicked the goal."
