Incredible run - but the run had to come to an end and it's come to an end against their opponents from across the city. They're still the best team in the country and got a great opportunity to still win all four competitions they're involved in.

United have been very good today let's take nothing away from them. The way they've moved, the counter attacking football and the way they've nullified City. City have been off today - Kevin de Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan have been ineffective and Sterling has missed a couple of chances. It's just been United's day.

StanTheMan: Definitely not an off day for City. Let's all credit Ole here. He has his tactics. If only we didn't drop those silly points.

Jason: United’s form in between this match against City has probably cost them the title. Attitude and consistency is much more important than talent.

John Bathgate: Whenever a top team loses it's because they had an off day - it's never because the other team were better

It is going to take something special for Manchester City to maintain their winning run with just a few minutes left. If indeed it is to come to an end, what a run it has been.

They are still plugging away, though, as Ilkay Gündogan flicks on a corner but John Stones can't get the touch at the back post.

Got to score there Raheem Sterling what a ball from Kyle Walker - Sterling makes a good run on Victor Lindelof's shoulder, Lindelof misses it and Sterling is four-yards out and just misses it on the half volley. He has got to score there.

Brilliant play from Phil Foden, dynamic, direct, driving into the heart of Man United. Back to goal with the first touch and as he turns and hits it Raheem Sterling threw a leg at it but couldn't make any contact. Better from Man City.
