Real scruffy spell from Chelsea. Jorginho now passes straight to Mayheus Pereira who runs at goal, Thiago Silva has to pull him back and he's booked. It's very close to being a pen as well!
Free-kick in a dangerous area.
Chelsea 0-0 West Brom
West Brom nick the ball in midfield and have half a chance, a quick pass sends Mbaye Diagne into space, he finds Matheus Pereira but his shot is tame and easy for Edouard Mendy to hold. Better though from the visitors.
Chelsea 0-0 West Brom
Christian Pulisic is playing central today and he sets off on a nice-looking early run, drives past a couple of players before switching it out wide. The cross is eventually headed out though.
Chelsea 0-0 West Brom
And we are off!
I'm not sure the fees quoted for Haaland are necessarily ridiculous are they? He scores about every seven minutes.

Re 12:16 - Every time City are linked with a player, the selling club asks a ridiculous fee because they know we can probably afford it - so hardly just our fault fees are inflated. Ironically, all Pep has said here is that he won't pay a massive fee for a striker but of course gets criticised anyway

Here they come, West Brom with the long walk from the temporary away changing rooms.

West Bromwich Albion
West Bromwich Albion have won just 10% of their Premier League games in London (W7 D19 L44), the lowest ratio of any non-London side with at least 50 visits to the capital.
The Baggies are winless in their last 13 such games since a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace in August 2016 (D2 L11).

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel speaking to BT Sport: "We put in all the guys who finished Friday's training session completely. Also we have good impact from the bench.
On starting Mason Mount from the bench: "It's important Mount is with us and it was a bad feeling to leave him out. It was tiny decisions to leave the guys out who played on Wednesday [in internationals] and did not complete the training session. I'm pushing the guys who are a little bit more fresh.
"Nothing personal at all."
I ended up watching a lot of Bundesliga games last year when that restarted earlier than our game and Timo Werner and Kai Havertz both looked superb - sure things to smash up the Premier League.
Give them a season.

Re. 11:47 Pep bemoaning the price of strikers. This of course would have nothing to do with the top and richest clubs paying vastly over inflated transfer fees in previous years. Perhaps if no club buys Haaland it would send out a message.

Chelsea are yet to concede a single goal in their five Premier League home games under Thomas Tuchel. In English top-flight history, the only team to keep a clean sheet in their first six home games under a specific manager are Manchester City under Ron Saunders in 1973-74.
