  1. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:48 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

QPR have hit the post twice, and Swansea once.

I'm not quite sure how it's goalless and that'll give the Swans encouragement - as they need to win this to keep their faint automatic promotion hopes alive.

  2. Postpublished at 19:47 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

Wayne Routledge's touch lets him down after he's put in on goal by Swansea team-mate Jamal Lowe.

If he holds his nerve it's a clear goalscoring chance but the loose touch allows QPR keeper Joe Lumley to come out and smother the ball.

  3. League One latestpublished at 19:44 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

A couple of pivotal goals maybe for some play-off contenders.

Ronan Curtis pulls a goal back for Portsmouth at Swindon Town with around five minutes to play. Swindon still 2-1 ahead.

Accrington take the lead through a Dion Charles penalty against Doncaster.

  4. Postpublished at 19:42 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Brentford 1-1 Cardiff City

Into the last seven minutes and Brentford's pressure is relentless.

Cardiff being pinned back in their own half but the ball just won't sit down for Brentford to find a finish to come from behind.

  5. League Two latestpublished at 19:40 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

Colchester make it double trouble for Southend in the big survival battle in Essex.

Harry Pell making it 2-0 to the hosts.

Elsewhere, Port Vale have the lead at Barrow but that scoreline from Colchester will be of some reloef for the hosts.

  6. goal

GOAL: Sheff Wed 1-0 Blackburnpublished at 19:40 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Josh Windass (37 mins)

That should settle Wednesday's nerves a bit.

Blackburn had been on top but a ball from the left drops to Josh Windass, whose shot comes off visiting defender Darragh Lenihan and wrongfoots Rovers keeper Thomas Kaminski.

  7. Postpublished at 19:39 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

This is getting silly! Now it's third-placed Swansea's turn to hit the post.

Wayne Routledge's effort takes a deflection and is kept out by the woodwork.

  8. Postpublished at 19:38 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Brentford 1-1 Cardiff City

Brentford cranking up the pressure on Cardiff.

Tarique Fosu full of running and energy on the right and his ball back into the box almost falls for Marcus Forss to finish but it just won't settle for him to compose himself for the sot.

  9. Postpublished at 19:37 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Blackburn

Sam Hutchinson is already on a yellow for Wednesday and escapes a second booking for a mistimed challenge.

It's very nervy at Hillsborough - the home players know the magnitude of this game, while Blackburn are playing with the freedom of a mid-table side.

Into the last 15 minutes now and Brentford desperately trying to push for the lead.

Alex Smithies keeps out an effort from Sergi Canos as he tried his luck with a swerving effort from just outside the box.

  11. Postpublished at 19:36 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Norwich 0-1 Watford

Just as I say that, Watford striker Andre Gray is put through by Nathaniel Chalobah and Norwich skipper Grant Hanley executes an excellent last-ditch, goal-saving challenge to keep it at 1-0.

  12. League One latestpublished at 19:35 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

A few more notable goals have gone in affecting matters at both ends.

Peter Kioso has now doubled his tally and Northampton's lead against Ipswich.

Will Keane meanwhile has given Wigan the lead at Shrewsbury as they bid to keep pulling away from the bottom four.

Promotion chasers Lincoln City are 1-0 up at Burton through Timothy Eyoma.

  13. Postpublished at 19:34 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Norwich 0-1 Watford

It's a big game at Carrow Road but you're not missing much.

Since Watford went ahead through Dan Gosling there have been lots of little injury stoppages and not much in the way of goalmouth action.

Norwich are going to need to find two unanswered goals in the last 20 minutes if they are to become champions tonight.

  14. One eye on Watford at the Libertypublished at 19:32 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Liberty Stadium

It has got to the stage of the season where what other teams are doing matters almost as much to players as their own fortunes do.

That is very much the case at the Liberty Stadium, where Swansea City's substitutes - situated right next to the press box rather than in the dugout because of Covid regulations - are asking for regular updates from Norwich's top-two encounter with Watford.

Dan Gosling's goal, of course, is bad news for third-placed Swansea.

Swansea's job is to claim three points themselves, but they have not had it easy so far against a lively QPR side who have hit the woodwork twice.

  15. League Two latestpublished at 19:31 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

Big goal in League Two sees leaders Cambridge United take the lead at Leyton Orient.

Another big goal at the other end of the table has gone Colchester United's way against Southend United. Michael Folivi putting the U's 1-0 up.

Automatic promotion chasing Morecambe also have the lead at bottom-placed Grimsby thanks to Cole Stockton and Yann Songo'o scoring in quick succession.

Just a point ahead of them are Bolton who have just taken the lead against Carlisle through Eoin Doyle while Salford City are 1-0 up against Walsall.

Mansfield Town also lead Scunthorpe United thanks to George Lapslie's goal but there's been more incident than just that at Field Mill it seems...

  16. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 19:31 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Preston 0-0 Derby

Patrick Roberts sews a ball through for Tom Lawrence - who slots home for Derby - but the offside flag is raised to prevent him scoring a third goal in four games.

  17. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 19:30 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

QPR have hit the post for a second time!

Ilias Chair's low shot comes off the woodwork after some slick build-up with team-mate Chris Willock.

  18. League One latestpublished at 19:25 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

It's a mixed state of affairs for teams down the bottom end of the table.

Managerless and bottom-of-the-table Swindon have doubled their lead against Portsmouth as Brett Pitman's netted a penalty to go with his first-half goal.

Northampton are also leading against Ipswich thanks to Peter Kioso's early goal.

Bristol Rovers meanwhile are trailing 1-0 at home against MK Dons.

  19. Postpublished at 19:25 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Blackburn

Adam Armstrong has every right to shoot but squares it for Blackburn team-mate Sam Gallagher, who skews wide from 12 yards.

He should do better and Wednesday need to pick up in what is a massive game for them if they are to stay up.

  20. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 19:22 British Summer Time 20 April 2021

    Swansea 0-0 QPR

QPR almost take a fortuitous lead as Chris Willock's cross comes off the post and Swansea escape thanks to a combination of keeper Freddie Woodman and Kyle Naughton.
