Incredible start, what a game. It was all about the run down the left-hand side.
Danny Ings, El Ghazi, little combination, they play the ball to the edge of the area, Buendia curls it right into the top corner with the inside of his right foot, goalkeeper no chance. Unbelievable finish.
Brighton 0-0 Everton
More like it from Brighton. It's a lovely passing move and Alexis Mac Allister shoots over from a Neal Maupay lay-off. It took a deflection so it's a corner.
Newcastle 0-0 Southampton
It's raining shots now in our games. Che Adams fires one in from the edge of the box but it's scooped up by Freddy Woodman.
Now James Ward-Prowse hammers one wide after good wing play by Valentino Livramento.
Emiliano Buendia
Terrific goal. Danny Ings darts down the left channel and then links the play nicely, popping the ball off to Emi Buendia.
The Villa midfielder takes a touch and looks like he's going to pass wide before unloading an effort into the top right corner.
West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
You could call this one a slow burner. Neither side has created anything of note yet.
Brighton 0-0 Everton
First chance of the game at Brighton. Everton aren't happy because the hosts didn't kick the ball out when Demarai Gray was injured.
The Seagulls play on and Neal Maupay fizzes one just over the bar from maybe 30 yards. It was a sweet hit.
Aston Villa 0-1 Brentford
Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Final Score
He was always going to get off the mark, Ivan Toney. He is a good goal scorer.
It is good work, keeping the corner alive, Jansson flicks the ball into a dangerous area and like all strikers, Toney is there.
It is a very assured finish.
Newcastle 0-0 Southampton
Not much to report from Newcastle yet. A promising chance was ended when Allan Saint-Maximin was flagged offside. That's about it.
Norwich 0-1 Leicester
Ricardo Pereira got injured while setting up that goal. The masked Timothy Castagne replaces him.

What a start for Brentford, I felt like it was coming. They get the pressure on, it comes out to Canos, he fizzes the ball across the eighteen yard box, there's a little flick, it falls to Toney, he dispatches it right into the top corner. They certainly deserve that.

The Brentford fans erupt in their corner of the Doug Ellis stand, what a start for the Bees.
The rest of Villa Park has fallen silent, that's one way of piping down the home support.
Ivan Toney
Calm and composed. Excellent finish from Ivan Toney who turns in after good work from Sergi Canos and Pontus Jansson.
Jamie Vardy
A Brandon Williams error and Leicester City take the lead. He takes a loose touch and Ricardo Pereira steals the ball, runs down the right and cuts it back for veteran Jamie Vardy to rifle home.
West Ham 0-0 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew thinks he's through on goal but he's pulled up by referee Stuart Attwell for handling.
FT: Manchester City 5-0 Arsenal
Arsenal
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta told BBC Sport: “The first goal was the most disappointing, we were in control of the game, we took the game exactly where we wanted to.
"The first action they have, we fail to stop the cross and Gundogan has a free header in the middle of goal. If you want to in this stadium, these are the basics you have to do right.
"The second goal we concede is a clear foul because he punches Calum [Chambers] in the face. Once we conceded after the red card you know what is going to happen.
“It’s a really quick action from [Granit] Xhaka, he tries to get his feet off the ground and the ref decided it was a red card."
On the approach in the second half: “I was concerned because mentally it is a relly tough one to take, after the third goal you are going to play 60 minutes with 10 men against the best team in the league.
"You can go down and you can start to see body languages and attitudes towards each other that can worry me, I didn’t see that.
"I have to say thank you the 3,000 fans, they were terrific. I think the players did well to go and thank that."
On what needs to happen going forward: “For me it is pride and more willingness to change the situation. A lot happened in the last three weeks we are in a difficult position.
“The international break will do us some good to recover some of the big players we are missing at the moment and hopefully we come back we are in a better place."

Brentford punted the ball all the way back to goalkeeper David Raya directly from kick-off.
I've never seen that done before.
Thumbs up if you're as amazed as me by that.
Brighton 0-0 Everton
Welcome to the Leandro Trossard injury live text. He's down again after Michael Keane boots the ball into his head.
He's back up again though.
Brighton 0-0 Everton
Leandro Trossard has been patched up successfully. The Brighton winger is back on.
Aston Villa 0-0 Brentford
Almost a mistake from Brentford keeper David Raya, who sees Danny Ings get a half block on his attempt to clear his lines.
He cut that fine.
