City are now standing off United saying 'come on, have a go at us' and obviously looking to pick them off. City are looking good value for their 2-0 lead.
Man Utd 0-2 Man City
Donny van de Beek is warming up. The crowd react with a ripple of applause. Solskjaer needs to do something. City are coasting.

TV cuts to fans in the Stretford End. Lots of people with their arms folded and blank looks.
Man Utd 0-2 Man City
United are enjoying a spell of possession but they're not doing very much with it. Lots of sideways passing.

In reply to Tsimi, Man United have Martial, Rashford, Van de Beek, Lingard and Sancho on the bench! Squad depth seems okay to me.

Straight away, Man City are all over United.
It looks like United have gone to a back four, let's see if this works, because the back three or five in the first half certainly didn't.
Man Utd 0-2 Man City
United need a reaction to give themselves a chance - and lift the mood inside Old Trafford. Nothing on the horizon so far. Their passing has been really sloppy. Ederson has had one serious save - from Ronaldo's volley - to make.

This derby has been peppered with niggly fouls but Joao Cancelo collects the first yellow after body checking Mason Greenwood.
By the way, Cancelo is having an excellent game.

City are playing keep ball. United have hardly had a touch since the re-start.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a stern look on his face as he makes his way to his seat at the start of the second half.
He's making a change before the start of the second half.

Udo: I have heard this phrase 'What are Maguire and Shaw doing' a million times especially when a goal is scored. Something isn't right!
Tsimi: Everybody is saying Ole out but realistically they were massive underdogs for today’s game. City should be favourites for everything with the team and depth in the squad.

Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane to Sky Sports on the second goal: "They’re on the ropes. Stay in the game, like a boxer, stay in the game. Look at Luke Shaw and David de Gea. What chance have you got in this game? I’ve been cursing these fellas for years. I give up, I give up on these players.
"These are international footballers. I can’t understand the defending. I give up. They’ve been like this all season. Unless United do something drastic it’ll be another four or five."
Roy Keane has been having his say on Sky Sports about United's dismal first half showing. He's not holding back...

Make no mistake Manchester City could be ahead by far more than two goals here. They have outclassed and outplayed Manchester United and but for David De Gea this could be utter humiliation.
Lots of boos around Old Trafford at half-time as Manchester United's fans watch their team embarrassed. First it was Liverpool and now it's Manchester City.
And even worse, Solskjaer does not look like he has any idea how to switch the momentum.

David de Gea couldn't do anything about the second goal, it should have been cleared. The defending, I mean...
Man City have been far, far superior and it could have been four.
There's a lack of willingness to do what you have to do - closing down, stop the crosses, the passes, it's not happened.

Old Trafford has seen some cracking late drama this season but it's going to require a monumental effort for Manchester Unitedto get back level against a City side who would have an even healthier lead but for David de Gea.
City are second in the table as it stands - two points behind leaders Chelsea who host Burnley at 3pm.
