I haven't stopped smiling since I woke up this morning. What a day so far. I was out and about watching the crowds slowly trickle in at around 8am and now there is heaps of humanity all draped in England flags around Wembley.

Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live
The atmosphere is very calm at the moment. I think once it gets to one hour before kick-off and the teams start warming up, then you will get that sense of anticipation, nervousness and what could be.
That's when it will start to ramp up.

Robert: I really hope the Lionesses can win today. I don't think I could handle England losing a Euros final at Wembley in consecutive summers.

ryanflint: Watching England take on Germany in a provincial Neapolitan town, equipped with a Chelsea shirt which is the closest I can get to representing England! Come on England!!!

I have cried about eight times today. Why? I am here with people who have been involved in the women's game for a long time and for loads of us we have waited a long time for this moment. The whole country is proud of the Lionesses.
