I'm not surprised at all that the goal was given. It was only his own players near him.

I don't see how it couldn't be given a goal! I don't know what all the kerfuffle was about.

There's no hint of Arsenal giving United a goal back there - although Cristiano Ronaldo has a chance of his own but it's saved.

It is an incredible decision. Yes, you have head injuries that are allowed to stop the game. But this is a genuine injury. It is impossible for Manchester United to do anything to stop the goal. De Gea would have saved it. An unbelievable decision. Amazing.

United players are furious but there was no reason to disallow it I can see. It was very unfortunate for David de Gea and United, but that's life.

It was very, very, very unclear if Martin Atkinson was giving that or not. Nobody knew.

There is more expectancy on the Tottenham players and more impetus in their attacking play.

They have just lacked a little bit of quality in the final third. They could have put Brentford to the sword already.

Good Arsenal move. Thomas Partey surges forward and finds Emile Smith Rowe. He picks out Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang but the Gunners captain snatches at his shot and it's into the hands of David de Gea.

United's first proper attack. Diogo Dalot is picked out in space on the right, he cuts inside and drills in a shot from 20 yards but it's a simple save from Aaron Ramsdale.

United players have given the ball away a couple of times, Arsenal are looking slightly more composed on the ball.

They work the ball back and forward looking for some spark but Alex Telles defends well.

Brentford have been OK - they've had some good spells of possession. They are still in the game at 1-0, they could easily have gone in 2-0 down.
