Ben Godfrey's shot is blocked by Will Hughes. Everton haven't been great here.

This is clearly the level Everton are at these days.. sad to see.

He's really good, Conor Gallagher, isn't he? I wonder if he'll make a career for himself at Chelsea or whether he'll have to go elsewhere.

Demarai Gray puts his hand out and apologises straight away to the bench, he knows he's sold the back-pass short.
There's one man you want in that Crystal Palace side taking that chance at the moment and that's Conor Gallagher - great goal.
Crystal Palace 1-0 Everton
Conor Gallagher is now Crystal Palace's top scorer with five goals. He's their top assister too with three.

Palace take a deserved lead.
The hosts have about three or four phases of attacks and then Demarai Gray gifts the ball to Jordan Ayew, who crosses for Conor Gallagher to score with a first-time finish from the middle of the box.

You've got to press players. Crystal Palace look comfortable in possession but go and press them, put them under pressure and see what they're like.

Anser: If I were Chelsea, I would call Gallagher back! Fantastic player.

£1.5m from Bayer Leverkusen did seem a very cheap deal. I don't think 10 times that would have been unfair.
Middling Championship players almost cost seven figures these days.

I think Demarai Gray could be one of the signings of the seasons. £1.5m - great bit of business.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Excellent run down the whole left-hand side by Ben Godfrey and his cross is met by Andre Gomes, whose first-time effort is saved.
This is much better from the Toffees.

This is what Palace want to do, get more players through the academy. Tyrick Mitchell's been exciting. He had competition with Patrick van Aanholt, but they let him move on to Galatasaray because they know they had a replacement in Mitchell and he's come in and done really well.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Demarai Gray is Everton's only threat so far. He goes on a nice run on the left, cuts in and drills a low shot in which Vicente Guaita gets his body behind.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
It's Osasuna 2-2 Barcelona in La Liga. Chimy Avila has just scored an 86th-minute equaliser for the hosts.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Everton can't clear Conor Gallagher's corner or his follow-up cross. The ball breaks to Cheikhou Kouyate, but his shot is blocked for another corner.
Crystal Palace 0-0 Everton
Fabian Delph and Wilfried Zaha are probably slightly lucky not to get booked for pushing each other.
