Premier League full debutant Tyler Morton plays a potentially killer through ball to Mohamed Salah, but he lets it run and Hugo Lloris is out of his box to deal with it.

Wolves
Wolves boss Bruno Lage, speaking to BBC Sport about Daniel Podence's early goal being ruled out: "I don't want to talk about the rules or not. It was a good cross, second man appears on the post scored the goal. After we realised the VAR see the position of Raul. It was very hard to talk to the players after the game because everyone was talking about this.
"We suffered from that a couple of games ago. In the end we tried to explain to the players with VAR don't talk about it. The VAR should make a more better decision."
"We dominated the game, we created more problems. They had to change their formation, they adapted. In the first half my players feel comfortable after that they come with everything.
"I think it is fair, one point for everyone. But with the way we started and the incident with the handball, I think we deserved more.
"Our identity is try to do more what we did in the first half - to have the ball and create the chances."
Spurs 0-0 Liverpool
Spurs have a corner which takes an age to take - because of some shenanigans in the box - and when it comes in, Alisson punches clear.
Celtic have just taken a 2-1 lead over Hibs in the Scottish League Cup final.
Spurs 0-0 Liverpool
These two don't often link up together. Trent Alexander-Arnold clips an aerial ball into the box and Andy Robertson heads wide. The Scot should have done better really - he was unmarked.
Another Reds chance, but James Milner's effort from outside the box lacks power and Hugo Lloris saves.
Spurs 0-0 Liverpool
The last Premier League game before Christmas (hopefully not the last one for a while) kicks off.

Chelsea
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, speaking to BBC Sport: "I don't know if it was close to not happening. We were struggling with the preparation because we had several consecutive days with positive Covid tests and then we travelled together for three hours with the team, we had dinner together we had another positive test with Jorginho.
"People are worried because they were on the same bus and had the same dinner. Obviously it was not enough to postponement the match and we had to play but you cannot demand 100% focus otherwise it would be stupid to normally focus if you can do this without being calm. It was everything else but calm.
"Today in the morning at 0830 they knock on the door and have another test nobody knew about, so do we wake players up who want to sleep a bit longer? OK.
"I gave my opinion and you can do with it what you want. I can't compare to other games, it is just our situation. It is not safe. We talk about protecting players and a safe environment but it is not safe. I would be not surprised if the next test shows up and we have more positives. How should it stop if we sit in the bus and have dinners and just stay together like nothing happened?
"I don't care so much about the next games I just care about the next tests and the health of the players. Today we let Kovacic play 30 minutes one day after 10 days of Covid. We make him play, who takes responsibility for that? We have Kante one training session, Chalobah with two training sessions and maybe another injury. It is like this. We need to keep on going if they say we need to keep going."
Spurs v Liverpool (16:30 GMT)
Mohamed Salah has been directly involved in 24 Premier League goals this season, scoring 15 and assisting nine. Only Alan Shearer, with 16 goals and nine assists in 1994, has recorded more goal involvements before Christmas.
He has equalled Jamie Vardy's record of scoring or setting up a goal in 15 successive Premier League appearances.
Spurs v Liverpool (16:30 GMT)
Liverpool have won eight successive games in all competitions by an aggregate score of 21-3. They have lost just once in 34 fixtures in all competitions, a 3-2 defeat at West Ham United in November.
The Reds have set a club record of scoring in 32 consecutive league and cup matches.
They are also on a club record run of scoring in 26 successive away fixtures in all competitions.

Newcastle United
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe tells BBC MOTD: "It is a really strange game because the results looks bleak for us, the reality of the game feels very different. We gave ourselves a mountain to climb with the goal we conceded and hugely disappointing.
"We conceded a poor second goal, there were some contentious moment, the Ryan Fraser incident was a baffling one and unsure how it is not a penalty. I am not too sure what happened with VAR and the referee, the goalkeeper wipes out Ryan and it is a stonewaller, a clear penalty.
"To stand here and say I am pleased with the players, we got some things in the game right after three big defeats in a row but we have to look at the quality of the opposition. There was a good feeling about the team, a good structure and good moments in the match. We are heading in the right direction but a long way to go.
"We are without the ball for long periods, they are going to have the ball more than you are. To play them with two days less recovery and the physical efforts of the players was extraordinary after the efforts against Liverpool."
Spurs v Liverpool (16:30 GMT)
This is the first time in four years that Liverpool won't be top of the table on Christmas Day.
It would have been an all-time English top-flight record if they'd managed to do so.
Spurs v Liverpool (16:30 GMT)
Spurs can win four successive Premier League games for the first time since November 2020, and four in a row at home for the first time since the final four matches of the 2019-20 season.

I have no problem with VAR, it is just the people running it. They don't seem to be good enough. Some of the decisions have been really poor and Mike Riley needs to have a chat with his boys because it is not acceptable.
Some of the decisions, like the penalty given last week and the decision today... anybody looking could tell you they were clearly wrong and that the VAR should intervene.

Chelsea
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, speaking to Sky Sports: "I don't care about the point. I am pleased with the performance, especially in the second half. The first half was a bit of a struggle for us, we had to grow into the game.
"Some players had to adapt to new positions. We are not lucky enough in these moments to win games but I am happy with how we played. It was nice to coach from the sideline.
"Wolves don't concede many chances or goals. We could not expect to create an awful lot but we tried and never stopped trying. The second half was very strong and given the circumstances I am happy with the performance."
On the Covid-19 situation and the game going ahead: "I gave my opinion, the club gave its opinion, we talk a lot about safety and protecting the players, not so sure we did this today. On we go.
"If we have tomorrow and the next test and the next positive I would like to speak to the Premier League about what they expect. If they make us play against Brentford shall we not arrive or not train? What should we do?
"Everyone is allowed to have an opinion. We had an opinion and the Premier League had an opinion. We agree to disagree."

On the decision not to give Newcastle a penalty
It was a disgusting decision. I think the officials have been awful today and they have been awful for a long time now. I think certainly this season – so many terrible decisions.
Look at the one last weekend that City were given for the handball against Wolves. Look at the decision today or the lack of a decision for Newcastle. That is an experienced referee and someone sat watching a screen on VAR. If he cannot tell the referee that is a howler or an error and to give a penalty, what is going on? It is an awful decision.
Not that it would have made any difference to the scoreline because Manchester City are a fantastic team and deserved to win but that decision was ridiculous.
Spurs v Liverpool (16:30 GMT)
Tottenham have lost their past seven games against Liverpool in all competitions, while their only triumph in 19 meetings came at home in 2017.
Spurs can equal their club top-flight record of seven defeats versus the same opponent.
Liverpool are currently on a club record run of three successive league victories at Tottenham.
They have scored in each of their last 13 competitive matches versus Spurs, since a goalless Premier League draw at White Hart Lane on 17 October 2015 in Jurgen Klopp's first game as manager.

We are all worried and rightly so. There are so many people going down with Covid - footballers, coaches, managers, fans, so we were sitting waiting to see if there was any bad news with the games.
Thankfully they were able to keep them on and it’s great to have some football albeit not if you are a Newcastle fan, having sat through that.

Manchester City
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola tells BBC MOTD: "A good result, not a good performance. We were lucky but Newcastle did not defend well for the first goal and a brilliant action from Joao Cancelo for the second goal. The first half was one of the worst we have played this season and second half was much better.
"We played better with the ball, gave players more touches but were losing balls in the first half. We were calm at half-time and spoke about what we should do.
"It was a fantastic goal (from Cancelo), we know the quality he has in the final third and he dribbled and did it.
"Records show consistency we have as a team, it is not winning titles or finals but it is winning and winning. Records are there to be broken and happy to have them.
"I didn't rotate today, I decide the best team, we need a different base for the players and now we have seven days until the next game. Hopefully Leicester are getting better with a lot of Covid cases so I will take a decision on the team."
