Nikola Vlasic - a goalscorer recently at Watford - replaces Said Benrahma for West Ham.

The replaced man has Afcon duty coming up for Algeria.

Twenty minutes to go. I think any hope Palace had of staging something remarkable has fully faded now.

Vieira knows Eze is a good player and is on the bench, right?

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 68 mins

    Crystal Palace 0-3 West Ham

Patrick Vieira continues to search for a formula that might bring reward. Michael Olise is on for Christian Benteke, who has been a bit of a passenger this half.

    Palace miss another chance.

Odsonne Edouard latches on to a touch from Jen-Philippe Mateta in the box but lashes well wide.

He's scored plenty of goals in the past, but the ex-Celtic striker has been poor in front of goal today.

    Close!

Vicente Guaita's decision to punch away a cross nearly comes back to bite him as West Ham keep the attack alive before Michail Antonio volleys an effort just wide.

A lot of complaints about VAR today. But us Bristol City fans, and no doubt many other EFL club supporters, would love the opportunity of correcting some of the 'questionable' decisions we see week-in week-out from the part-time non-PGMOL referees we are allocated.

We've not seen a huge amount of West Ham going forward this half. But they don't have to go in search of anything. The damage is already done.

Jean-Philippe Mateta's first touch is a header in the box, but after rising above his marker he can't generate much power. It makes for an easy save for Lukasz Fabianski.

Thirty minutes to go. If Palace are going to get anything from this, this have to score soon.

Palace's first change is an understandably attacking one. Midfielder Luka Milivojevic is replaced be striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, who scored recently against Norwich.

One thing you can guarantee is that Jordan Ayew will work and be a pest to an opponent. He wins a free-kick deep in West Ham territory, near the corner flag. It ends up fashioning a half-chance for the home side, but before Marc Guehi can get a shot off in the box, West Ham smash the ball away.

This is going to get very open, you'd imagine.

Palace need to commit more and more going forward to find a way in and West Ham won't need an invitation to counter.

The ref couldn't have been any better placed to see that handball at the time. Yet he needed to be told to look again. Do we just let VAR ref the game? Obvious pen.

    Big chance for Palace!

They get away down the right through Jordan Ayew and his low ball across the box to Odsonne Edouard gives him a chance to shoot. The angle is tight and he is falling as he shoots, hence the ball ending up in the stand.

Large: I don't think I will ever be a fan of VAR. I'm a diehard Hammers fan, but come on its kinda getting ridiculous now. Flow of the game stopping and starting, 2cm offsides disallowing goals and accidental handballs with no threat of a goal being scored.

    Almost 4-0!

Vladimir Coufal's cross diverts to Said Benrahma but he can only poke an effort over the bar from inside the box.

Matt: Milivovejic trying to claim the ball hit him on the chest forgetting that he isn’t playing in his local park and there are at least 20 cameras in him.

Palace are giving it a go at the start of this half.

The deliveries haven't been good enough, though. West Ham clear another cross, this time from Jordan Ayew.

In a subsequent attack, Odsonne Edouard fires over from range. He was a bit off balance to be fair.
