Newcastle midfielder Jeff Hendrick has joined QPR on loan for the rest of the season.
On his 30th birthday too.
"It’s been a bit of a crazy birthday, just waiting for this to happen, but I am really excited," he said. "I wasn’t just going to sit around. A big thing for me is to push myself and enjoy my football.”
The Manchester Evening News have reported that England goalkeeper Dean Henderson had a potential loan move to Watford blocked.
That leaves Dele Alli to Tottenham as our (probably) last bit of business. Everton fans may be getting nervous.
We are still waiting to hear if Everton have got the deal for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli over the line.
A huge transfer to end the day, if it happens.

Manchester United goalkeeper Matej Kovar has joined League One outfit Burton on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old Czech keeper has been with United since 2018 and spent last season on loan at Swindon.
Kovar has also signed a new contract with the Old Trafford club.
It was only in August 2020 when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored both goals for Arsenal to win 2-1 in a behind-closed-doors FA Cup final against Chelsa at Wembley.
That was his only trophy in four years with the Gunners.

Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele could join Paris St-Germain in the summer after being offered to three Premier League clubs, says Guillem Balague.
The 24-year-old France international had agreed terms with PSG, and could still move at the end of the season when his Barca contract expires.
Manchester United and Chelsea were not interested in Dembele, while Tottenham thought he was too expensive.
Barca paid an initial £96.8m for Dembele in 2017. However, they are now asking him to take a pay cut or leave.

Jack: Newcastle have played it slightly risky but possibly a blinder. Improved the squad but not overhauled it and most of those coming in won't want to scarper if they do go down.

Crystal Palage sign Luke Plange from Derby, but he will return to the Rams on loan
Crystal Palace
Teenage forward Luke Plange has joined Crystal Palace on a three-and-a-half-year deal from Derby County for a fee of about £1m.
The 19-year-old has committed his services to the Eagles until the summer of 2025, but will return to the Rams on loan until the end of the season.
The money will be a welcome boost for Wayne Rooney's struggling side, who are in the Championship relegation zone after having 21 points deducted because of financial problems.

There are 19 countries in Europe where transfers can still be made, including the Russian, Turkish, Swiss and Czech leagues.

Liverpool have failed in their bid to sign Fulham's talented teenage forward Fabio Carvalho.
The clubs agreed a fee in the region of £8m shortly before the deadline but the final details of deal - which included 19-year-old Carvalho being loaned back to Fulham - could not be concluded after a race against the clock.
No deal sheets are used in the EFL and with the loan back being non-negotiable for Fulham, Liverpool were frustrated in their attempts to get the transfer over the line.
Todd Cantwell became Bournemouth's fifth signing of the day, joining on loan from Norwich and has just posted this on Twitter...
