KJ: I'll be sad to see Dele Alli leave spurs. He's produced some truly great moments for us. There's a fantastic player hidden in there who needs to get his mojo back. Just wish he could have turned his form round with us. I wish him well wherever he ends up.

It’s been a busy day for Tottenham who have so far secured two signings and let Tanguy Ndombele leave.
However, that’s not the only thing going on at Tottenham at the moment. I’m outside the Tottenham Hotspur training ground where a group of around 50 supporters are protesting against the clubs ownership and board.
They say that there is and has been a lack of investment in the playing staff, no accountability and a focus on the corporate side over the football side of Tottenham.

An incredibly frustrating month for West Ham fans. Just look what we did last year and so far this year already. Just imagine what we could achieve if we had 2 strikers...

Get your 'gazump' klaxon out, because Nottingham Forest look set to pip Cardiff City to the signing of Stoke striker Sam Surridge.
Cardiff were confident the former Swansea player was on his way to the Welsh capital on loan, to replace Kieffer Moore, who is in talks with Bournemouth.
However, Surridge's former boss Steve Cooper has made his move and now the 23-year old looks to be heading to the City Ground on a permanent basis.

I am reading with interest all the comments from Newcastle supporters. I possibly started this with my comment this morning. Let me be clear. I don't begrudge in any way Newcastle or any other club buying success. I just question whether it is right to be able to do this mid season. The reality is that teams will play 2 different Newcastles.

Newcastle's move for Reims striker Hugo Ekitike looks like it is over.
The two clubs were closing in on an agreement but the 19-year-old had second thoughts about moving to England, especially with Newcastle moving so late in the window.
The Magpies have already signed striker Chris Wood in the January transfer window and remain interested in Manchester United attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard.
For more updates, analysis and reaction as deadline day enters its final hours go to the Newcastle page.
Aston Villa have had a good January transfer window but this is a move out of Villa Park - Kaine Kesler Hayden, who impressed for Swindon against Manchester City in the FA Cup earlier this month, has now been sent on loan to League One MK Dons.

If you missed it earlier... This was the latest on that Dele Alli transfer from our chief football writer Phil McNulty:
Everton are close to completing a permanent deal for Tottenham's former England midfield man Dele Alli.
New Everton manager Frank Lampard made the 25-year-old a priority and believes he can rebuild a career that has stalled in recent years, making just six appearances under Spurs boss Antonio Conte.
It is believed he will sign a two-and-a-half-year deal at Everton.
He's not even had the chance to speak from his car window about how excited he was about the move before it fell through. 😢

Negotiations between Arsenal and Barcelona over the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have broken down.
The Gabon international was in Spain for a medical but the move is now looking unlikely.
Barca have not yet given up though....
Kulusevski joins Tottenham from Juventus
And confirmation from Tottenham that this is now a done deal.

Frank Lampard looks like the cat that has got the cream as he heads out to take training at his new place of work.
Looking forward to the return of Lampard's tried and trusted serious-joke-serious press conference technique.
