If Brighton 0-0 Norwich is last on Match of the Day, then this one isn't making the cut.

Jadon Sancho is having a poor game, just can't get into it.

A cross comes to the left flank but he gets his feet in a tangle, the ball bounces off his shin and goes out for a goal kick.

    Sums up United's half.

Mark Lynch: Man Utd are at home, playing with wingers and attacking full backs, against a side with little to play for who concede more often than anyone else from set pieces and they've hardly tried to get behind them, play wide or cross it. Curious.

Man Utd players are playing like a team that just want a very underwhelming season to end and playing like individuals that'd rather be somewhere else.

Should do better, Leicester should lead!

It's created by James Maddison, given time to pick out the run of Harvey Barnes who ghosts in from the left and volleys wide.

  10. CLOSE!published at 31 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Leicester

So much time and space for Kelechi Iheanacho but he fails to hit the target.

Leicester carve United's static backline open and the Nigerian is in bags of space on the edge of the box, he sets himself but then gets his shot horribly wrong.

    This is a tough watch.

    Mike from Surrey

This is like watching paint dry. United aimless, Leicester toothless.

In his programme notes, Ralf Rangnick spoke about Manchester United having to win 'a lot of games' to stand a chance of Champions League qualification.

On that basis, you would imagine they will have to force the pace more than they have done in this first half hour.

Leicester have a Europa Conference League quarter-final on Thursday - and know victory in that tournament is their only hope of European football next season.

  14. CLOSE!published at 27 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Leicester

First real chance of the game falls United's way.

Risky play at the back and Wesley Fofana gives the ball deep inside his own half.

It allows Bruno Fernandes to toe-poke a shot at goal but Kasper Schmeichel spreads himself big to keep the effort out.

Not the first time a Schmeichel has made a save like that at Old Trafford.

Each time I watch United this season, since RR took over, I doubt more & more that he is the man for the job, intermediate or not! Today's line up underlines exactly my point! And if it's true & in context that Luke Shaw prefers/enjoys, to play more for England- then it's time he found another club!

    Martin, Southend

If Shaw and Maguire prefer playing for England, Southgate for United? Why hasn't he been mentioned? Can wait until after the World Cup if he's the one?
