A team of Alphonso Davies' would be lethal. Unfortunately for Canada, they only have one!

Davies really is an incredible player. Canada just need two or three of him on the pitch.

Keith, Beckenham: With Morocco playing Canada last, Belgium will face a real challenge against Croatia who have everything to play for.

The difference in quality in the big situations you can really tell. That final ball from Canada, that ability to get your head up and pick the right pass Croatia have done every time they've been in those positions.
They've executed their moves consistently throughout the game and you just haven't seen that quality from Canada.
Croatia 3-1 Canada
Andrej Kramaric is the second player to score twice in a World Cup match for Croatia after Mario Mandzukic v Cameroon in 2014
Ivan Perisic (33y 298d) is the third oldest player to provide two assists in a single World Cup game (since 1966), after Michael Laudrup v Nigeria in 1998 (34y 13d) and Laszlo Fazekas v El Salvador in 1982 (34y 243d)

Ten minutes plus injury time for Canada to score the two goals they need to avoid Qatar on being those sides without a possibility of making the last 16.

Kramaric's first touch was brilliant. Made his own space and had the time to slot it away.

It would be a massive turn-up if Canada were to get back into this game. It really has been Croatia's almost all the way from the opening 15 minutes of the game. They've stamped their control on this game. Kovacic has been everywhere today.

Canada are looking a beaten side here and Croatia have two chances to get a fourth but Milan Borjan makes an excellent double save, denying Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic.

Stuart, Glasgow: Canada have just looked so amateur for large parts of this game. I can see Croatia delivering a bit of a "doing" here.
Tim, Bury: The enigma of Croatia. For periods they are unplayable but then for long stretches they are awful.
Ashic: Brutal for Canada... But it's very easy to get carried away against a team as good as Croatia.
Croatia 3-1 Canada
Ivan Perisic has assisted his second goal, no player has more in the 2022 World Cup.

Croatia have given Canada a bit of a footballing lesson. They've shown quality in abundance tonight.

You have to congratulate the quality of this goal you really do. It's a brilliant finish from Kramaric. His first touch is absolutely different class and sets up the whole chance.
He receives the ball on his right foot and it's almost a half-volleyed controlled touch. It might go through the legs of one of the players but he knows exactly where he wants to feed the ball with his left foot.
Absolutely no chance for the goalkeeper.
Andrej Kramaric (Croatia)
That should be the three points for Croatia. It comes to Andrej Kramaric and he gets his second of the match.
He takes a touch, bringing down the ball nicely and shoots at goal, the ball goes through the legs of Atiba Hutchinson and into the net.
It's a mountain to climb now for Canada.

Canada aren't putting anything together at all at the moment. Sometimes making substitutions can unsettle things a little bit.
In terms of the attack they've probably had one real opportunity they've put together which has come from a good piece of play where they've had possession.
Other than that they're really struggled in this second half to string passes together and get up the pitch.
Croatia 2-1 Canada
Croatia have been targeting the right side of the Canadian defence - and to good effect, too.
Croatia 2-1 Canada
Canada are still well in this match. Have a watch of this save from Dominik Livakovic to deny Jonathan David.
