    Leeds 0-0 Arsenal

Here are the players with jackets off and in full kit warming up. Hopefully it won't be long now until we can get this game back under way. We were barely seconds in when it had to be paused.

If you're just joining us, there has been a technical issue with the VAR and goalline technology at Elland Road so players had to leave the pitch while it was resolved.

  2. Postpublished at 14:33 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle

The referee has a word with Callum Wilson after a disagreement, shall we say, between the Newcastle forward and Lisandro Martinez. It's getting feisty.

  3. Postpublished at 14:32 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Che Adams has been lively this afternoon. He forces another decent save from Lukasz Fabianski at the near post after bundling his way through from a throw-in.

  4. Postpublished at 14:32 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle

Newcastle have the chance to send a set-piece into the box. There's a bit of a tussle between Raphael Varane and Sven Botman, but the hosts get the cross away.

Manchester United try and break away, but that's really good defensive work by Jacob Murphy to keep pace with Antony and win possession back for his side.

Jon: I think with Watkins and Bailey in the slightly wider positions that they take up and bit of extra pace is making us look more balanced in this game than we have been so far this season.

Simon: At what point do we get another manager in? Halftime? Gerrard out.

  6. Postpublished at 14:31 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Aston Villa 0-1 Chelsea

Another chance for Aston Villa, who capitalise on a mistake from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Danny Ings gets the ball on his right foot and shoots at goal 10 yards out but Kepa Arrizabalaga is well positioned to parry it away.

Manny: They say money can't buy you happiness but looking at this transformed Newcastle team, I'm sure their fans would disagree. They really deserve it after staying faithful through the last couple years though.

  8. Players warm-up for restart at 14.40published at 14:30 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Arsenal

We are expecting the players to come out to warm-up properly for a restart at around 14:40 BST.

  9. Postpublished at 14:29 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Aston Villa 0-1 Chelsea

Villa have been bright since falling behind. Matty Cash plays a ball through with Leon Bailey looking to sprint on to it, but Kepa Arrizabalaga is out of his area to launch it to safety.

But Villa attack again and John McGinn tries to score from a tight angle but the Spanish keeper saves it with his legs.

Steve: How many years did football survive before VAR? Just get on with the game, it maybe more enjoyable without having to wait for VAR decisions to ruin a game.

Greg: So game seemingly can't go without VAR what a joke and absolutely ridiculous.

Graham: Technology just not kliching at Elland Road.

    Cristiano Ronaldo is in!

But that's a great save by Nick Pope, who stands tall to get a glove to the Portugal forward's attempted lob.

Ah, never mind, the flag is up.

  12. Postpublished at 14:28 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Arsenal

Some of the players and staff are back out now and warming up but it appears to be a few of the substitutes. If and when the game does restart, we would expect it to continue where it finished which was a throw-in on the far side for Leeds.

  13. Postpublished at 14:28 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle

No goals, but a very watchable match at Old Trafford so far.

Both sides have had decent spells in the final third, but Newcastle really should be ahead after that double chance for Joelinton.

  14. Postpublished at 14:27 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Declan Rice fires one over the bar from long range as West Ham continue to push for an eqauliser.

  15. Postpublished at 14:26 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Arsenal

Ooh, we have movement in Leeds! The officials are out. Referee Chris Kavanagh has gone over with a ball to one of the goals and bounces it over the line. That's clearly to check the goalline technology. Has it worked?! The suspense...

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 14:26 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle

    HOW HAVE NEWCASTLE NOT SCORED!

Kieran Trippier's free-kick hits the wall, but Manchester United can't get it away.

It allows Joelinton two brilliant chances to score the opener but he sends one header on to the crossbar, and then hits his rebound off the post.

    Unbelievable!

  17. HITS THE WOODWORK - Aston Villapublished at 14:25 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Aston Villa 0-1 Chelsea

How do Aston Villa not score here?

Ollie Watkins pulls a ball back for John McGinn, who sees his shot saved by Kepa Arrizabalaga, it falls to Jacob Ramsey and the Chelsea number one pushes it on to the post and he then saves for a third time in quick succession.

Crazy action, Villa unlucky again but Chelsea just about still leading.

  18. CLOSE!published at 14:24 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Gianluca Scamacca has come close twice now. West Ham look to respond immediately and he places it inches wide of the right post. Nice build-up play from the Hammers.

  19. Postpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Man Utd 0-0 Newcastle

Now then, Newcastle have a free-kick in a very handy, central position after Joelinton is chopped down by Fred.

    Kieran Trippier territory.

  20. Postpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 16 October 2022

    Leeds 0-0 Arsenal

Still no news from Elland Road. The players and staff are all in the changing rooms. The fans are still sat in their seats but they don't know when they will be getting any action.

Our cameras are just showing an empty centre circle.
