37 seconds. That's all it took of the second half for Arsenal to draw level.

There were still plenty of fans coming back from the concourse who missed that goal. I definitely saw one or two journalists rushing back to their seats too.

A very fortunate goal for Arsenal, but one which should galvanise them and their fans.

That's come out of nowhere really. It's the perfect start from an Arsenal point of view. It's the first time they've had space going forward without anyone closing them down. That's not something we've seen in this game.

I don't think the shot was going to trouble Mary Earps before the deflection.

    We're level.

Arsenal must have had a telling off at the break.

Frida Maanum picks up the ball and just keeps going before getting off the shot.

It takes a deflection off Maya Le Tissier and the ball loops over Mary Earps and into the net.

    Just the response Arsenal needed.

Sticking with Arsenal for the moment...

England captain Leah Williamson says she "hasn't got any interest" in watching this year's World Cup in Qatar.

The Middle East nation was a controversial choice as host in 2010.

It has been criticised for its stance on same-sex relationships, human rights and treatment of migrant workers.

"It's a shame that we are heading into what should be the greatest show on earth with this huge shadow over the top of it," Arsenal defender Williamson told the BBC.

Former England international Rachel Yankey speaking on Sky Sports: "Ella Toone was fantastic all first half. She got herself into really good positions, she's a clever player. For the goal no-one was near her but it was a good finish."

Former England midfielder Karen Carney added: "I specifically think Ella Toone is the difference. If she plays on the Arsenal team - they would be winning. Arsenal have been playing in straight lines in the first half, that's why they haven't created any chances."

That Zinsberger fumble sums up Arsenal's game so far - uncharacteristically nervy.

They haven't had a shot on target and have created very little. Beth Mead has been anonymous, the fans filing past the press box unimpressed.

Wholesale improvement required to keep that 100% league record - but for Man Utd, they are 45 minutes from a massive result.

Manchester United are very much in control. Arsenal, you can tell by the body language - the need to have a huddle part way through the half - they're not quite at the races today and they're not enjoying the game.

United look full of confidence, they're passing the ball round really well and they're creating chances - they'll be more than happy at this point.

  10. HALF-TIME - Arsenal 0-1 Man Utdpublished at 18:18 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2022

Arsenal's winning record is under threat. Manchester United have executed their plan brilliantly so far.

Manuela Zinsberger is not having her best game and she spills another cross.

Nikita Parris launches the ball into the box and the Arsenal keeper cannot keep hold of it, but luckily for her, there isn't a green shirt on hand to convert.

Nikita Parris is shown a yellow card for a tussle with Katie McCabe and it results in a free-kick on the angle for Arsenal.

Beth Mead's delivery is too long for everyone but Parris will have to tread carefully for the remainder of the game now.

You have to say it's been coming. Arsenal had started to come into the game in the last five minutes, but Manchester United have been dangerous on the attack all game. They won the ball back high up, their pressing game has been excellent.

The marking in the box wasn't good enough for Arsenal. But Ella Toone, arriving in the box like all good forwards, for a tap in. It's fully deserved for United.

Zinsberger was unconvincing with one punch earlier, and she has been caught out here.

That goal was no more than Manchester United deserved. Some boos from the home support - or was it cries of "Toone"?

Either way, Arsenal have been well below par.

Whenever you see the torch lights being shone in the crowd that's a sign the home crowd aren't quite enjoying the football. From an Arsenal perspective, I can understand where they're coming from.

The mobile phone torch lights are beginning to show around the ground. A lack of entertainment on the pitch so far perhaps?

Arsenal do work an opportunity though as Jordan Nobbs tries to spread the ball wide but Caitlin Foord cannot keep it in.

Man Utd have had 69% possession in the opening half an hour, which might indicate why the home fans are not at their loudest tonight.
