Absolutely disgraceful letting either of those players carry on after a head collision of that force. When are football going to learn and make incidents like that mandatory substitutions. Both players, clearly groggy.

To be fair to ETH, they are missing two World Cup winners in defence. That’ll make any team poorer. I recall that the VvD injury last season was the sole reason Liverpool didn’t retain their title…
