They just need to get the ball to Leao as quick and as often as they can, that is the solution for Milan right now.

They haven't been able to get the ball to him enough in this first half.

If they can isolate him more up against Darmian, that is their best bet.

AC Milan want half-time. Inter are shredding through them on the counter but Denzel Dumfries, in a great position, can't get his shot away.

He comes back on, but immediately hits the deck again. Mkhitaryan can't continue and is replaced by Marcelo Brozovic.

Early blow for Inter Milan. Henrikh Mkhitaryan has gone over on his ankle. I'm not 100% certain he'll continue.

Garrett: As a neutral I find this very difficult to watch. Feels like we cannot go more than 10 seconds without the whistle blowing. I appreciate hard fought matches, but not constant stopping and complaining.

Inter keep coming. Martinez has another shot from outside the box but he snatches at it and the ball sails over.

And at the other end Mike Maignan does brilliantly to keep out a Lautaro Martinez header after the forward meets a pacey wide free-kick from Hakan Calhanoglu.

He thinks he's scored but the keeper sticks out a strong right palm to keep his side in it.

AC Milan winger Rafael Leao does excellently on the left. Matteo Darmian can't deal with him as the Portuguese steams into the box before curling a shot narrowly past the far post.

Better from AC Milan as Junior Messias cuts in on to his left foot, but his curling cross can't find Olivier Giroud and is headed away by Francesco Acerbi.

Just going back to Clement Turpin, referee in last year's final, it's actually his birthday today.

Can't think of a more stressful way to celebrate it to be honest.

Milan have had the best chance of the game and didn't take it.

You just feel like at that point, it just starts to slip away.

If it had gone in then it just changes the complexion of the game so much.

The Inter fans aren't happy, they think Theo Hernandez catches Denzel Dumfries with a high boot.

Our first real moment of tension so far but French referee Clement Turpin keeps his cards in his pocket.

Set pieces are a bit of a concern for Milan, particularly defending corners.

Milan haven't done it brilliantly so far across both semi-final ties.

Inter are very happy to sit off, wait for an error, and use the space in behind their opponents.

Their latest counter sees Nicolo Barella win another corner, but the set-piece is punched away by AC Milan keeper Mike Maignan.

Inter's Denzel Dumfries goes through on the right but his cross is cleared away by Malick Thiaw with Lautaro Martinez lurking.

One more goal should wrap this up for Inter. AC Milan are living dangerously.

Worryingly for AC Milan, striker Olivier Giroud is limping.

Inter have so much room on the counter. This time around midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has two attempts with one shot blocked and the other flying over.

AC Milan need to tighten things up quickly.
