I have to say the tributes before the game were touching and both sets of fans did themselves proud. The start of the game has been great.

David Moyes will always synonymous with Everton because of his successful spell at Goodison Park between 2002 and 2013.
West Ham boss Moyes, who has only won five of his 15 matches against Everton, described his former club as a "hard nut to crack".
"They’ve probably played a bit better away from home this season," the Scot said.
"I don’t see teams beating them easily, I see a resilient team who keep at it and they have players capable of scoring goals."
