Hugely embarrassing final day for Everton, still trying to lowball for Gnonto and selling key players. I give up.

The Premier League has confirmed "four deal sheets have been submitted".

That means that's all the potential deals that can happen now.

It looks like that will be Luis Sinisterra from Leeds to Bournemouth, Alex Iwobi from Everton to Fulham and a couple of Nottingham Forest signings.

There's no guarantee all of those moves go through mind...

Sorry if this sounds negative, but any fan of Serie A knows that Amrabat really isn't the player Man U fans seem to think. Mid-table journeyman. May start ok for United, but he won't make any lasting impression on the Premier League. The World Cup massively flattered him.

All the fans and pundits saying that Salah won't be sold seem to be forgetting one thing. He is an African/Arab superstar, a Muslim, and Saudi is a Muslim country where he is worshipped. It will not be about the money if he goes, he is a very proud African/Arab/Muslim man, and that may swing it. If it does LFC fans, it will not be for the money.

Wales international forward Brennan Johnson has agreed a deal with Spurs that will run until 2029. He will wear the number 22 shirt.

He was ever-present in his first season in the Premier League in 2022-23, contributing eight goals in 38 appearances and another two as Forest reached the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Capped across all youth levels by Wales, Brennan already has 20 senior caps to his name and was part of Rob Page's squad for the World Cup last year.

Quick, skilful and with an eye for goal. He can play all the way across the forward line. What's not to like?
